Satisfied Customer
I took sometime to write a review because I wanted to try the products first. They were delivered promptly, no fuss, which I am thankful for. I bought the laundry sheets and they are exceptionally good, in the washing machine, and washing by hand as per my son who is volunteering in Uganda and washing his clothes with warmish water. The softener sheets are ok but unnecessary as clothes como out soft enough without it. The dryong machine balls re good to use with my own scented oils. Very satisfied

Thank you for taking the time to try everything and share such helpful feedback! We’re delighted the laundry sheets are working well for you, and for your son while handwashing his clothes in Uganda. We appreciate your honest thoughts on the softener sheets too, and it’s lovely to hear you’re pleased with the dryer balls and prompt delivery.
Best wishes,
Craig
Good products and customer service
I really like the shampoo bar from Re:gn and the compostable scrubbies for washing-up are much better than using plastic, which leaves microplastics.
Deliveries have always gone smoothly. No problem at all with customer service.

Great company
I have bought quite a few items from this company in the last couple of years: coconut scourers, bamboo face cloths (which are brilliant) ladies razor etc and found them to be a good company to deal with, no problems with any of their products at all and all delivered on time and packaging secure.
Will certainly keep using them.

Great eco refills and great customer service
Love this shop! Great variety of eco friendly items. The Mack cleaning refills are excellent, I buy them in bulk so that I always have some in shop. Customer service is also excellent. In December I ordered some Kutis facial oil in the larger bottle, but was sent a small one instead. Customer service sorted this out for me super quickly with no fuss - my replacements were sent the same day. Highly recommend!

No-nonsense environmentally friendly products
Environmentally friendly products which do what they say. I got their bundle of wonderfully absorbent kitchen sponge cloths which more or less made my use of paper towels redundant. And I use their laundry sheets. I wish I had found them much earlier.
