Reglaze4U Omdömen

This was the second time I have used Reglaze4U as could not fault my first experience. This time however I had to contact the office via email, which was answered almost immediately by Nathan which is a big positive. Unfortunately upon return, one of the lenses was not right but Nathan was quick to offer a solution and I am now very happy to say this has all been sorted and I have received my glasses back in perfect condition. I give the customer service 5 stars thanks to Nathan.

I always use Nathan and his team. They are professional and prompt as well as extremely well priced

Quick and easy to order after a quick phone conversation to discuss what was required.
Great lenses and excellent customer service.

Second time I've used Reglaze4U to update specs with new prescription. Excellent, speedy service. Super easy to use, quick, great quality and really well priced. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I am so happy to have realised that I could buy my Hoya verifocal lenses online. Half the price of the opticians. They went in the postbox on Monday and were back with me Friday morning. Perfect service. Now if I can find the same service for an online vet, I can save a fortune by just sending the dog away 👍😁

Efficient service.

Great personal service from a company which keeps its promises on price, quality and prompt attention. Self and other half have used the company several times and will continue to do so as they have proved themselves, consistently. Much appreciated!

Great work, fast turnaround

Great service, the whole process was very quick and within a week of sending my frames off I got them back. Good quality service and very happy.

Great experience from start to finish. Kept me informed by email the whole time. Great price. Would recommend 5stars!!

from ordering to product delivery everything was good meeting all my expectation

Did exactly what I wanted. I had a perfectly good pair of glasses but my High Street change refuse to reglaze them; obviously they are wanting to charge me an extortionate amount for new frames. The really irritating thing is their claim is that my existing frames "can't be reglazed" How stupid do they think we are?

Anyway Reglaze4u did a brilliant job and for a fraction of the price of the company that I "should have gone to"

Thank you

Past customer. Have used company several times and always pleased with lenses and service

Great customer service, very reasonable cost and reglaze of my favourite Oakleys was excellent.

Had to pay postage for box has it had incorrect postage on it

Third time I've used Reglaze4U and each time the service and quality of the lenses have been excellent.

They did the job I wanted done well, quick turnaround, reasonable price.

Helpful support on the chat and email. Super quick service. I have bought new reading, distance and varifocal glasses using new prescriptions and they reglazed old frames perfectly. I have had the standard varifocal and the Nova Plus. Worth paying a bit more to have wider focus area, especially for driving.
Would recommend.

Fantastic service used about 5 times now always very friendly and helpful and saved myself a lot of money .
