I've gotten the same item in this since the last time I bought one, which was a few months ago. It's a spiky heart necklace with a mood stone in that I either have two or three of now (I also have the stud earrings from a lucky dip - I can't wear those because my ears are stretched) I can't layer duplicate necklaces. I do wish I could get a refund on them but I'll probably have to resell it somewhere (?) I might not get a lucky dip again. It used to be great a few years ago but now, not so much. It used to be a really fun addition to my order.

Really well chosen for me. I got mood ring spikey heart stud earrings in silver, which seemed well chosen for my other pick.

I received a ring that was perfect for my taste and my size. I had never seen that ring on the site even though I've been browsing regularly for 2 years, so the surprise was even nicer.

I received a ring 5 sizes too big for me even though I ordered 2 other rings in small. I thought they would have checked. Had to sell on less than what I paid

I got the Maud ring in gold - the quality is fine, design is pretty. BUT: it's really silly to not let people choose a size. I got a size XL - normally I wear an M, so 'I literally can't use it at all so I immediately posted it on Vitned. Either don't include rings/things that come in different sizes at all - or let people choose. It's not that deep. You could even make a "rings only" mystery bag where people can choose a size.
