We had a fantastic experience with Regal. From the initial discussion at the exhibition right through the process of calculating the details of our move (which was actually carried out in two stages and involved the removal of the hot tub) to the packing and delivery in France, everyone at Regal was a joy to deal with. Any queries we had were swiftly answered by the office staff and the packing and moving crews were delightful, especially whilst unloading in 35C!

Amazing experience from quotation to removal. Provided excellent customer service for our move from Lower Stoke to Rainham, our first move in over 30 years! The calm and organised approach ensured everything went smoothly - would highly recommend!

Our experience with Regal Moving & Storage was very good. From the surveyor Steve, who visited our house and provided us with help, advice and a quote; to the liaison staff - particularly Bradley and Shane - who worked hard to keep us informed and up-to-date with matters especially when our moving date kept changing; and finally the removal staff themselves: Mike and John who took our furniture on the Wednesday and delivered it on the Friday, and Bob and Dan who picked up the remaining furniture on the Thursday and delivered it to our new property the same day. All four of them were faultless. Helpful, friendly, professional and very strong! We would definitely recommend Regal Moving & Storage to others. They provided an excellent service at what is a very stressful time.

Regal Moving Company moved my upright piano locally. They were on time on the removal date, and did a very professional job with lots of care for my 61 year old piano. It wasn’t an easy job but they completed it successfully.

Regal were superb, from the initial survey to cost the job to the team in the office dealing with the given quote and confirming my moving date to the guys on the moving day itself. Moving is such a stressful process but the whole Regal team made it all so easy on the day! The removal guys on the day of moving worked so hard and didn't stop. The weather was terrible but this just didn't stop them! From the first box onto the lorry to the last box off the lorry at my new place the guys were superb! Price was also very reasonable and worth every penny! Why use anyone else?
