Almost 2 years and no issues
Our brand has been working with RefundPros for almost 2 years ad they've done exactly what they said they would do for our Amazon account. The best part is you barely have to lift a finger, they take care of everything and you just have to sign a submission document once every few weeks. I highly recommend them for collecting money from Amazon that you would not otherwise be able to do on your own.

Refund Pros Has Made Claim Recovery an Easy Process
We have used Refund Pros for about a year and a half and they have been so easy to work with. They have recovered for us funds that we have been trying to get back for a long time. They make the process seamless and they have great reporting. Most recently they helped us a dispute a huge walmart.com claim that the broker we were using couldn't figure out but they cracked the case! Highly recommend!
