Vyhraný soud s Ryanair s nárokem na kompenzaci! Sice to trvalo celkem dlouho, ale rychlost soudního procesu nikdo, kromě samotného soudu, nijak neovlivní. Vítězství se počítá, takže super práce!

IT took 4 months time to get some money And even after 4 months they send wrong amount.

We are very satisfied with the service. They helped us get compensation for a delayed flight with Ryanair. Communication with them was very pleasant and fast.

Airlines refused to pay compensation because of delayed flight, Refundio team help us to get the compensation. Clear comunication, would say high fee, but good service:)

They do really good inprocessing of the information. Nonetheless it took 6 months to get money. From the promised price you get 70%, they take 30% for doing the work. Because it didn’t go as they wanted to I got only 50%. I got an update only when they managed to do any progress. But I hit them up monthly to get updates with the same answer… the airliner does not respond or we do everything we can. It is better than nothing but I believe the progress and customer service can still be improved.

Veril som ze narok na kompenzáciu by som mal mat ale leteckej spolocnosti som neveril, po prečítaní recenzii na internete som sa rozhodol pre spolocnost refundio, neviem ale akosi mi nieco hovorilo aby som im dôveroval a vysledok, urobil som dobre, su to ozaj profici.

Sme nadšení, Refundio nám ziskalo 600€ za 3 osoby z letu v Turecku. Oficiálne vyjadrenie bolo kvôli počasiu. Evidentne to nebola pravda. Ďakujeme

Vôbec som nepočítal, že dostaneme nejakú kompenzáciu, aj keď to bolo na letisku kruté. Cestovali sme trojčlenná rodina, kompenzácia bola pre dve osoby, ale aj tak nás to veľmi potešilo a sme radi, že sa nám vrátili výdavky na letisku.

Keď som postupovala žiadosť o vymáhanie odškodného za oneskorený let tejto spoločnosti, nebola som moc presvedčená o tom, že sa im to podarí. Ale keďže podľa zákona sme mali na odškodné nárok, tvrdo som išla za svojím cieľom. A dnes som spokojná. Dnes prišla posledná čiastka za odškodnenie. Cestovali sme s vnúčatami, celkom 4 osoby. Mám za to, že svoju prácu odviedli dobre, celkom v krátkom čase, pretože za pol roka bola naša žiadosť vybavená. Týmto sa spoločnosti chcem poďakovať a vyjadriť spokojnosť s ich prácou.
