Refundio nam pomohlo s vymáhaním peňazí od spoločnosti Smartwings, nakoľko táto spoločnosť na našu žiadosť viac ako pol roka nereagovala. So spoločnosťou Refundio všetko prebehlo do niekoľkých týždňov. Ďakujeme

rýchle jednanie

Refundio ma bez vyzvania samo informovalo o moznosti kompenzacie, komunikacia bola rýchla, formular takisto , za kratky cas (mesiac rýchlo ubehol) sa vyjadrili ze kompenzácia je mozna a hned to bolo vratene na ucte. dakujem spokojnost.

Never again !

Never again! Be careful! Even if you don't read it anywhere at first glance, you are getting the most money of all the companies on our market. I waited two months longer than my colleagues who applied directly or with another company and got almost half as much! If I hadn't negotiated, I wouldn't have the money to this day.

We would like to emphasize that all information regarding our company’s commission is communicated transparently – on our website, in the documents clients complete, and in the emails confirming payment. Our commission is also in line with standard practices among international companies.

The compensation was issued two months after the case was submitted, so we processed the case as soon as possible.

However, once again, we are sorry to hear you where not satisfied with our service. We are always striving to improve, and your experience provides valuable feedback that we will use to enhance our services.

On websites it was advertised 600€ I…

On websites it was advertised 600€ I only received 150 € and I spent 6h and around 40€ but the new arrival time caused me physical fatigue and I incurred extra expenses with taxi . Thank you for your reply! Big expenses for you as well, honestly for having the information and using it cost 100€, can I get my contract with you? I don't remember reading that you get almost half and you mentioned legal expenses so can I see the legal file that you were in a court of law?

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our website states compensation up to €600, as the exact amount is determined by EU Regulation 261/2004 and depends on the flight distance.

In this case, the flight distance was under 1,500 km, which means the statutory compensation was €250, regardless of the length of the delay.

Furthermore, the airline initially rejected the claim, so we proceeded with legal action in Vienna to pursue the compensation. We took all necessary steps and made every effort to obtain the compensation on the passenger’s behalf.

However, we really appreciate your feedback and will continue working to enhance our service.
