Ordered a new filter for my Samsung fridge/freezer. It took ages to arrive so next time round, I ordered 2, thinking it was better to have one in stock. I ordered these in November 2025. They have still not arrived!!!!! Payment was taken immediately!!! On contacting them several times by phone and emails, I’m still awaiting delivery 😡 each time it’s the same answer. Blaming Evri and going to investigate what’s gone wrong and promising to dispatch. This week I asked for a refund…..because it’s taken so long, they are unable to do a bank transfer!!!!!! I live in hope of them arriving, but if not I will go to Trading Standards. Will certainly not use again…….AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE YOU WILL CERTAINLY BE OUT OF POCKET!!!!

Ordered a filter for a Samsung freezer in November 2025 never received, told there was a problem with the filter quality and would receive one in a few weeks when the next stock order arrives, have rang and emailed since and keep being told the same storyline obviously a load of cra#, now when ringing told I can’t leave a message!
My Advice do not get sucked in and don’t touch this company with a barge poll a load of A Holes

The Samsung filters we ordered were NOT genuine. Scanning the QR code revealed that the same QR code had been scanned 5,000+ times before indicating that it was a fake. The water from these filters tasted plastic. My baby had been consuming this water before we put two and two together. Avoid this company they are a scam website.

I bought a water filter for my Samsung refrigerator a few times and was very satisfied. The price was very good, the shipping was fast and the filter was a Samsung filter with the sticker that proved it was genuine. I just got a message confirming my order for a new filter. I hadn’t placed an order and contacted them and the order was cancelled. It was explained in their email that at my last order I had a choice of a one time purchase or subscribing and that I had chosen a six month subscription. I doubt it but then again I subscribed to Prime without intending. Thinking about my filter subscription, wouldn’t I have noticed I was subscribing if I chose every six months? Looking at the order I saw that I was paying for the Samsung filter but they were going to send me a knock off which they sell for $10 less. This has me doubting that I made the mistake. I hate to say ‘fraud’ but I won’t shop here again and advise everyone else to be cautious.

I would caution anyone who is reading through these reviews to pay attention to the fact that NOT ONE OF THEM specifically mentions that the filters sold by Refrigerator Filter Store are genuine OEM manufacturer's parts. They are selling COUNTERFEIT products, and none of the reviewers here seem to care, as long as the filters fit into place in their refrigerators. No doubt, you will see a response to this review - alleging that I am not a legitimate purchaser. So let me explain further: I placed my order, and then inquired as to whether these are genuine OEM manufacturer's parts. The response I got back was, "yes - they are OEM." That's it. So I inquired again - are these GENUINE FRIGIDAIRE FILTERS?? This time, no response. So my question to anyone who is satisfied with buying these filters, knowing that they are labeled deceptively as counterfeits to look like the real thing is, why the heck do you even bother using a filter at all if you don't care whether it works properly? If this company is going to deceive you like this, why on earth would you assume they're going to sell you a healthy filter that actually works?

This replacement filter for the LG LT600P made a noticeable difference right away. The water tastes clean, fresh, and has no chlorine smell. It was super easy to install and fit perfectly in our fridge. Even the ice tastes better now. Definitely worth it — we’re drinking more water and no longer buying bottled.

They sold me 2 knock off filters with the wrong plugs and additionally extra joints compared to original. I've replaced over 10 filters and never experienced. I doubt i'll get a refund, we'll see but i'll never trust this company agin

Went to install a new filter into our Frigidaire from this company. It would not click into place. Held the new filter up to the one being replaced and you can see the discrepancy in size, sticker placement, font used on the sticker, lack of serial number, printing on plastic, and fit of the o rings on the product. They are not genuine product.

Ordered filter and water filter. So far only filter arrived. The water filter is a current model, nothing special, available on many sites, and if this company sold items they actually had and stored somewhere I would have it. All I get are in transit messages, yet the air filters arrived weeks ago. Instead I will just drive to Home Depot buy it and file a dispute with my bank. The hassel is not worth the savings.

Purchased 3 Frigidaire filters. None would click on install (so they were not usable). Filters did now show serial number as my existing/original one did. These are counterfeits.

They immediately refunded me the entire purchase (which I appreciate) immediately after I issued my request/complaint and did not even need me to send them back (which tells me they knew these were fake)
I have not been reached out to by the store, asking for additional information as they said. Order# was 270564

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this store. It’s now my go-to for fridge filters!

The product does exactly what it’s supposed to — gives clean, fresh water. The shipping was a little delayed, but the quality more than makes up for it. I’ll order again..
