Arrived on time all work including removal of old oil fired boiler and installing new gas boiler etc was done in an efficiently. All work carried out in a day.

I could not recommend this company enough, I got a new combi boiler & radiator installed, my old water tank had leaked, they got me a quick appointment to arrange installation to lessen water damage, the guys were brilliant who completed installation, friendly & explained everything in great detail, everything was left clean & tidy, they ensured there was no further water leaks, thankyou.

The team arrived on time. Were polite, well mannered and extremely professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend refresh. The office staff were excellent and keep us informed every step of the way. Our house was left as if they weren’t even here after new gas installation.

Had my gas boiler replaced by Refresh N. I, and from the initial email request for an estimate to the fitting of the boiler, I have been very impressed by the efficient and professional approach by Refresh. Stuart arrived on time and finished the job in the time he had estimated. The work was carried out with care and everything was cleaned up when finished. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the initial contact with Refresh NI to the completion of the job, it was a very positive experience. They kept us informed about the various stages of the process. We changed our oil heating system to gas heating and had the roof space insulated. Dawson and the team arrived at 7.30am and work was completed by 5pm. We were impressed by how the team worked together without getting in each other's way! They left the place spotless and Dawson explained the new boiler to us and made sure we were happy with how to operate it before he left. The office staff were courteous and helpful, Ashlee was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend this company and have no hesitation to using them again in the future.

I had a wall radiator installed by Refresh by their courteous staff who left a tidy room afterwards. The radiator did not heat up evenly which was promptly rectified to my satisfaction on the day I required. Very impressed by the team from refresh who carried out our oil to gas conversion and insulated the roof in one day. Very neat work and left no mess at all.

Had a new bath, shower and panels installed by RefreshNI and vey happy with the results, didn't have too long to wait from when I requested the work, and everything was handled professionally and friendly service. All cleaned up perfectly afterwards also :-)

I recently had gas installed & 5 radiators by Refresh. David/Dawson & team arrived at 7.30 & had the installation completed in one day. Apart from the fact that I had heat you would not of known that the engineers had even been there. David talked me through how to work the controls and made sure I understood.
