We have not received our order, and I emailed the company to see if we could get help with this. Within a day there was an email back and within another day they had re-shipped the product. Wonderful customer service and prompt attention is always appreciated!

Hard to find bifold door part

Easy to find the parts and quick shipping. I just thought it was strange that the right and left Truth window operators were no side by side in your offerings on line. I easily found one, but then had to hunt a little to find the other.
