As a small Youtube creator, Reflare did make a difference to my channel. I'm pleasantly surprised !
It really helped revive some of my older videos that had pretty much stopped getting views. I'm so glad the thumbnails match with the aesthetic of my channel so well, since I had specific expectations in mind.

The service is run by Hardisk, a creator who has been on YouTube for over 10 years. He’s a seasoned pro who knows his craft inside and out, and my clients are definitely seeing a solid boost in views on their older videos.
J’utilise Reflare sur ma chaîne YouTube et, jusqu’ici, le service correspond exactement à ce qui est présenté.
L’interface est simple et intuitive, et j’apprécie particulièrement le système d’A/B testing : on peut rapidement voir si les nouvelles miniatures apportent réellement quelque chose et si le service vaut le coût.
Ayant une petite chaîne et des moyens de production assez limités, Reflare me simplifie vraiment la vie. Il me permet de faire vivre d’anciens contenus sans avoir à m’en occuper constamment, et donc de consacrer davantage de temps à mes nouveaux projets.
Sur toutes les miniatures qui m’ont été proposées jusqu’à présent, il n’y en a eu qu’une seule qui ne me plaisait pas vraiment. Pour tout le reste, c’était pile ce qu’il fallait.
Très satisfait de l’expérience pour le moment, je recommande !

Like many creators, I had my own strong beliefs about thumbnails.
I made a few setup mistakes on my first test, but the team was really helpful and showed me how to use the tool properly.
After seeing the test results, it completely changed the way I think about the creative process. I already feel like I’ve improved a lot in how I understand thumbnail composition.
And given how effective Reflare is compared to YouTube, it’s definitely a product I’m going to keep using to help me grow my channel.

I tested this tool and was really disappointed. I literally burned through my 50 credits in less than an hour, only to end up with fewer than 10 even remotely coherent thumbnails. Consistency is the real issue with Reflare, at least for my channel. I get that trying something different to attract viewers is a good idea. Still, when the result is a thumbnail that bears absolutely no relation to the video content—featuring poorly executed or bizarre elements typical of "AI slop"—you realise something is wrong, and the tool is fundamentally flawed.
In any case, I cancelled my subscription as soon as I used up my 50 generations. Reflare didn't live up to the hype created by its developers. To me, it’s just a basic image generator, much like what most generative AI tools offer.
The devs should've provided a free trial version before.

Taste isn't the point here. Once again, it's a matter of coherence.
I deleted almost 40 totally irrelevant images. For instance, one video is about Dark Souls 2 awestones farming and the tool tried to recreate the stones' appearance. However, it provided 10 images with things that were never linked to it.
I mean, the AI was providing countless nonsense mixes again and again, no matter the topic of the video. I deleted 80% of them, and those I kept are kind of correct, but none of the retained ones amazed me at any time, none.
Once again, this tool should have a free version so as to check if it's worth it. It would prevent from having bad surprises.
Of course, I'll check the metrics, and I do hope the thumbnails I kept will be efficient, especially after paying more than 50€ for just a few files...

I had a look at your account , while I personally didn’t find anything wrong with your thumbnails , taste is personal and I totally understand if they weren’t to your taste.

I’d also like to add you did not let any of the A/B tests go to completion, so we have no idea if the Reflare thumbnails would have performed better, like they do for our hundred of customers
Would love for you to come back and try the product to completion if you’re up for it !
Edit : After tests ended on your account, 4 out of 5 tests were won by a Reflare thumbnail , with better click through rates, the last test was inconclusive with similar performance as the original
I tried Reflare to revive some videos on my channel, but I was very disappointed with the AI-generated thumbnails. They had nothing to do with the videos or with the overall style of my channel.
On top of that, my support tickets were abruptly closed without any response or assistance.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend the service.

As for your ticker however , respectfully, I disagree. It’s been 24hrs since the launch of the service , I’ve personally read 100% of all support tickets and we’ve done this to nobody. Please share your email so we can check our logs ?
