Refined Capital Omdömen

Excellent company with wonderful customer service. They were very helpful, especially Michael.

With all the bait and switch companies from China, it is reassuring how Refined Capital applies a layer of honesty on top of buying miners. They are straightforward with their current prices, which I greatly appreciate. They also accept other forms of payment such as credit cards and PayPal, which provides purchase protection instead of requiring only payments in crypto, which provides no protection at all. The customer service I received is unmatched. Michael and Vi answered so many questions I had as a first time miner. I would do business with Refined Capital again in the future. I encourage everyone to do your own research and watch out for scams.

Michael H. was a great help during the process of purchasing an ASIC miner. This company pays attention to their customers and are based in the US. For any NA based miners, these are your guys.

Fast delivery and everything went smoothly.

I have placed 2 different orders and both came with no issues. I received prompt communication on every step of the order. 1 order actually was for late February yet I received it 3rd week of January. That is impressive. 👏 Shipping was 2-3 days which is great. Being able to use a credit card is the main reason I chose them along with having physical locations in the US near me. Only complaint I have is their prices are generally the highest of all companies I can order from here in the USA.

Ordered two miners. Received them in reasonable time. They were well packaged and arrived without problems. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating was there were no power cords with either. Maybe I missed something somewhere about there being no cords, but I did not notice any.

Happy with purchases, extremely quick response time to messages and very helpful with any tech issues. Highly recommended

The team provided excellent customer service and was very responsive throughout the process. The products arrived quickly from China and were in perfect condition. Highly satisfied with this experience and would definitely recommend them!

Some of the best costumer service I've ever received. I was able to directly communicate with them and they made themselves available to me without hesitation. I'm honestly blown away!

Bought the ICERIVER AL3 from this company. Being able to use PayPal USD and not crypto made things easier. The product came fairly quickly despite DHL not having my address in thier GPS but that's no fault to the company. Will say tho that Michael on live chat was very responsive and worked with me through the process. The miner arrived in good working order and is up and running with no issues. Looking forward to working with this company in the future.

We purchased a Iceriver AL3 asic miner. We had a GREAT experience working with Michael! He is on top of everything, very knowledgeable and was responding to us anytime we had questions! An amazing company/team to work with. We will definitely buy from them again.

I've purchased three miners from Refined Capital and I really appreciated the personal approach to customer service they provide. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly and professionally answered night or day. The inventory is broad with all the top brands. The prices are market average with some really good deals popping up occasionally. All mine came DHL Express and took 3-5 days without any customs or taxes due. After almost nearly purchasing from two scam websites previously, I'll continue to purchase from RC for a worry free transaction.

I purchased a Iceriver AL3 asic miner from their website. Shipping time was short and they have an awesome customer service team. Micheal is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his customers. I could not be happier with my purchase. Definitely a great company to work with.

Purchased a couple of miners through the web site. Transaction process was easy and smooth. Product shipped as expected, but DHL indicated that it was delivered to another city. Reached out through the online chat function on the website and received an immediate response from Michael. He engaged his team to research what happened to the equipment. They determined that the DHL site was inaccurate and the product was delivered to the correct location. They stayed in contact while I traveled to the delivery location and confirmed that product had arrived. Their customer service is excellent and would recommend them.

I bought a antminer L7 about two weeks ago with the hosting package, and I'll tell you I could be happier with my rig. Prices are very fair and they don"t change day to day like some of these other places I checked out. Shipped on time and the next day I was up a running. Michael and Vi made the whole process very easy, explained everything I asked, and very knowledgeable. They are very easy to get in touch with ,witch to me is the most important thing. I'll be definitely doing business with Refined Capital again!!

Great experience working with Michael to buy my miners! Shopping for a miner left me concerned about sending crypto to an overseas company and never seeing anything in return, I was happy when I found Refined Capital, an American company that accepted PayPal and credit cards, I know a lot of people like to pay with crypto, but I like the safety that PayPal offers, Michael was great to work with explained all the options and shipping processes, so nice to have American people to talk to and answer questions. My miner arrived via DHL in the time frame expected, very pleased with Refined Capital, I’ll definitely be purchasing another miner with them soon, and I would not hesitate to pay with crypto now that I know I can trust them.

I am very new to this space and Michael was incredibly helpful in picking out my first miner. Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, but was incredibly personable too. It's nice to do business with people and not just machines sometimes!

One of the most important aspects of running a company is the ability to troubleshoot and rectify problems - to address your customers' issues quickly and with a high degree of expertise.

Mining rigs can be VERY finicky. Vi and Michael were not only able to assist me remotely - as if they were actually on-site - but also sent me a couple of replacement parts free of charge. These guys really know what they're doing and will go out of their way (even during off hours) to assist you and service their products. When you purchase from Refined, you're purchasing THAT.

Honest Company, they were extremely easy to work with. I bought L9's from them in the middle of a bull run rally and it basically caused the prices of the equipment to go up to where they couldn't honor the original quoted price. Although frustrating I understood why and appreciated how hard they worked to make sure the refunds processed onto my cards asap so I could buy equipment elsewhere. Definitely not a scam company like some of them out there and really appreciate this, would consider trying them again in the future but for that transaction we had to go another route to secure a better price. Also comforting that they accept credit cards unlike some of the other companies out there. Thanks!

Quick response, quick shipping came ahead of time very professional
