À éviter !!!! J’ai commandé un coupon Transcash pour recharger mon compte, 4 minutes après le code n’était plus valide. Et quand vous contactez leur service client, ils vous répètent que ce n’est pas de leur faute et que on ne peut pas procéder à un remboursement ou échange. J’ai ouvert un litige auprès de ma banque et du comité européen de la protection des acheteurs…

Eindeutig ein Scam

Ich habe für 15 Euro eine Paysafe karte gekauft und habe den Code aber nicht erhalten. Dann bekomme ich eine E Mail in der steht das die Bestellung (vollkommen ohne Grund) storniert wurde. Die Customer Support KI war deutlich hilfreicher als die Menschen (was nichts gutes ist) und letztendlich erfahre ich das entweder ich in 5-10!!! Tagen mein Geld zurückerhalte oder einfach gar nicht ( Einmal wurde auch geschrieben Thanks for the helpful screenshots you provided oder so, obwohl ich keine Screenshots hinzugefügt habe)

Diese Seite ist purer Betrug

Diese Seite ist purer Betrug. Habe eine Bestellung vor Wochen getätigt und mit PayPal bezahlt. Bestellung wurde storniert ohne Begründung, Geld wurde aber abgebucht. Nun nochmal was bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Geld wurde wieder abgebucht aber Bestellung storniert. Vom Kundenservice kommen immer nur Standard Nachrichten. Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Ich soll nun 5-28 Tage auf Rückerstattung warten. Wie kann sich so ein Anbieter am Markt halten!?

À éviter absolument !!

À éviter absolument !!! Ils m'ont volé 100€ . Recharge PCS achetée pour 100€, débité, et pourtant rien, pas de mail, pas de commande. Et pour m'aider on me demande mon numéro de commande (que je n'ai pas bien entendu), par contre j'ai la preuve de paiement de mon compte mais ils disent que faut que je vois avec ma banque. Mais ma banque dit que c'est eux.
- EDIT : en discussion avec eux, je vais voir si je peux récupérer mes sous. j'éditerai en conséquence.

Très mauvaise expérience.. arnaque

J'ai effectué un achat d un recharge PCS de 150 euro depuis le 7 novembre.. je n ai rien reçu ni code ni email .. même pas un numéro de commande c Annuler directement malgré l'argent son débité sur mon compte et aucune problème avec ma banque. Malgré plusieurs échanges avec vous rien qui est changé.. toujours les mêmes réponses.. j attends toujours le remboursement bande des voleurs..

Serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company

I’m leaving this review because something feels very wrong with this website. They claim to be a company called UAB E-Sourcing (306254072) from Lithuania, but after checking things myself, nothing matches

From what I found, UAB E-Sourcing is actually linked to one of the founders of Eneba (Helis Play UAB) and is normally just used as a seller account on their own marketplace. Eneba is a huge company that makes millions every year, so there is absolutely no reason for them to create a small Shopify website like refilled.com. It just doesn’t make sense

That’s why I strongly believe the company name is being used in a misleading way, or maybe even without permission. When I saw they tried to get Trustpilot to move my review to Eneba instead of the company I was talking about, it only made everything look even more suspicious

Honestly, the whole thing feels off. The website looks shady, the information doesn’t add up, and the experience is far from reassuring. Based on what I’ve seen, I really wouldn’t recommend trusting this website

UPDATE : Their response confirms that they are not the owners of the company listed in the Terms and Conditions. It is a fraudulent website, and the real owners will be notified in the hope that they will be able to have this website removed
