I was unaware that the Yealink Phones…

I was unaware that the Yealink Phones did not come with a power supply so we had to order separately. I also did not read the full detail that states power supply is "optional" so the company is not fully at fault. It would have been nice however if those information were mentioned by the sales person while making the order.

I received an email about an order that…

I received an email about an order that I had placed, however, I had never placed it. I was able to contact them via their online chat and then a follow-up phone call and was able to get the order canceled as well as the cc information to be able to contact my bank to cancel the card. Thank you so much for all the help!!!

Office Manager

I wanted to confirm I was ordering the correct bracket for my new telephone and with a quick online chat it was confirmed and ordered. The part was received a few days later and worked perfectly.

Good Price

Good Price, arrived well packaged, prompt.

Should have been given a heads up that there was NO charging cord and maybe given an option to add it at the time of purchase.
