Dream Team at Ballyhackamore. Martin, Fiona, Emily and Pat were invaluable in dealing with our sale and purchase. Not a straightforward experience but they absorbed most of the stress and made this process seamless for us. We can’t thank them enough - fantastic, friendly and very professional at all times.

I previously rented for 2 years through Reeds Rains Hazel Grove. Reeds Rains fully managed the property on Deneside Crescent. There was a prolonged situation involving mould and disrepair. Ultimately I submitted a complaint to the property ombudsman about Reeds Rains’ poor communication, lack of urgency, lack of action and overall handling of the situation. These issues were consistent throughout and at all levels, up to the regional manager. The complaint was upheld and they did take responsibility in the end, but it took way too long and caused unnecessary stress. I also spoke with the previous tenant, who said they experienced damp and mould in the property and also raised concerns about Reeds Rains’ handling of the situation. In both cases, the landlords did not take responsibility. Disappointingly, after I vacated the property, Reeds Rains continued to advertise it for the landlords. Personally, I would never use any branch of Reeds Rains’ again because of my experience and I find their morals to be questionable at best.

We've just listed our house with Reeds Rains in Rye. We were almost certain which estate agent we were going to go for prior to the valuation but completely changed our minds by the end of our first meeting with Guy de Vyea. Detailed valuation, very clear communication and just an all round nice chap. When we were ready to list, he took photos and video including drone footage and we were blown away by the quality of what was put together. Everyone in our families that we've showed it to has said it is on par with Escape to the Country! Absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend more.

I bought a house offered by them.
I was very suspicious, as had an unpleasant experience with a different estate agency before, so had plenty of questions and been searching for any signs of being screwed over again.
They were professional and patient, explaining the reasons of their actions and supporting me throughout the process. Hopefully I won't discover anything wrong about the house, but so far - so good. Friendly team as well - definitely worth to give them a chance when you're looking to buy a property!

Friendly professional service helped with paperwork thanks

I previously wanted a property at a particular location and was not hearing anything from the owner through Reeds Rains. I then began to see Reeds Rains lacking professionalism in their dealings with a prospective buyer.

Now, it not like that anymore because I have really been treated with professionalism such as giving me updates along the process of buying. I was also given a brochure upon going to view a property .
