Great Experience
What made my experience GREAT?
It was great because their system worked exactly as advertised. I applied and received a response from an agent immediately and I received a monetary deposit just as stated. Working with the agent has been a most satisfying experience. What I did not know, the agent informed me and has guided me along the process of selling my house. After the listing, viewers begin coming immediately and my house is on contract now. Going through Redy has been a very good experience.

Good experience with Redy
This has been a methodical and very good experience with Redy and my realtor. Things were laid out very clearly and it was at my pace. I ended up with a great realtor who wants to work for me and my family. Thank you for the opportunity. I would recommend.

Great way for me to meet agents
Redy was a great way for me to meet a new agent when my prior agent and friend left the market. I was able to quickly get offers from agents, get to know them, ask my questions, and choose an agent to sell this home. Redy checked with me throughout the process. I believe in my agent having "skin in the game".

Great company
I didn't really know if I would be able to list my property in the time frame I needed because it needed work. Mostly landscaping and minor updates inside but I spoke with one of the representatives at redy and they guided me through how they can set up my property information to show what I needed from an agent. I got offers and selected an agent who turned out to be exactly the right person to get my home on the market. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and made this process so easy and great. Redy is a wonderful website for someone looking for an agent and the service they provide is exceptional. I recommend this company to any homeowner who needs an agent.

Been a struggle
I signed up for bidmylisting and completed the info online and was given 3 options for agents who did bid for my lusting. The first agent I picked offered the highest amount but he didn't like my asking price or terms and he politely declined. The second agent didn't seem to have any issues with my asking price or terms and sent over a listing agreement which I signed 8 days ago. The listing agent called me a few days after I signed the agreement stating that he didn't know he would have to pay upfront and that I was asking for too much money. Etc. essentially I got the agent who was going to take my listing and hope for the best with no skin in the game. Redy.com refuses to pay even though I signed the listing agreement and states that I have to let the agent do a walkthrough which the agent himself cancelled twice. I don't understand how they have agents on their platform that don't know how they work. They had me sign a listing agreement for payment and that payment is nowhere to be found. I say stay away from the headache. I feel I way over invested my time for $1000 that Im having to fight for

As our platform only works when the seller & the agent both confirm that the walkthrough has been completed and a listing agreement has been signed. We have removed the agent from our platform due to violations to protect sellers like yourself.
