The roofing materials could be much better. Also include vapor barrier. For how much this sauna is that should be included. I would give 4.5 but it is not a choice. I was given money back for roof which I appreciate. Thank you

My experience with Redwood Outdoor has…
My experience with Redwood outdoor has been awesome. I called with a question and they go overboard to make sure I’m happy. Needless to say I’m very happy! They’ve been wonderful to work with the product came exactly as it was described the video online that showed it being built was easy to follow. I got it done mostly by myself with a little help from my wife. And of course, the electrician came and finalized everything, but was pretty easy to build and exactly what we wanted.

Bought a cold plunge and sauna on…
Bought a cold plunge and sauna on October 3rd. I was told we could pick it up in Kent in November once the items came in. When we called to have it delivered instead we found out the cold plunge had been sold to someone else and our sauna was non wifi. We were told it might be March before we could get the products we already paid for months prior. They did find the stuff in Georgia and in their warehouse but we are still missing our cedar floor for the sauna we paid for in October. We are told it might be April by the time we receive it.

I love my Vista Outdoor Sauna
I love my Vista Outdoor Sauna. The glass wall gives me a beautiful view of distant mountains. It's almost like sitting outside, but with the fabulous sauna experience. I use the sauna most days during all seasons. It is wonderfully relaxing and refreshing.

Updated: Sauna Was Fixed, Although With Plenty of Headache
We purchased this sauna at the end of October. It was delivered two weeks later. We assembled the sauna box and then we hired an electrician to wire it. We have a faulty heater so the sauna never properly worked. We have been trying to get this resolved with Redwood since mid November and still do not have a working sauna two months later. We have been calling almost every day to try to use our warranty to fix it and they have started to drop our calls.
UPDATE AS OF FEB: This issue was finally fixed and we have a working sauna. Now that it works we love the sauna. It just took a lot of headache to get the warrantied heater. I understand that Redwood is a small and new company and they are also partially having to deal with going through Harvia for the heater. They have communicated with us and have been very apologetic and helpful since.

Too Small For 6 Adults
Several pieces arrived damaged. I’ve also mentioned to Jared & the support team that this is NOT a 6-person sauna. We
Can fit 4 adults comfortably, but if we add any additional people they’ll be sitting where the heater is and will burn their legs.

Nice product, extremely difficult to move and assemble.
I think the quality of the product seems good. I had an issue with a piece of wood being split for the sauna and the Redwood team helped with reconciling this issue.
Redwood undersells how labor intensive assembling the sauna will be. It takes every bit of 7-8 hours with two people to assemble and it is very difficult.
They did also not properly relay that the delivery company will drop everything off on your driveway on pallets. We had to beg them to simply move the pallets into the garage. I then had to coordinate getting a very heavy (already assembled) cold plunge to the final location which took 5 people and a dolly to move.
When ordering they definitely undersold how difficult it would be to get everything assembled in the final location at your home.

Our order came promptly without any issues assembly went together good we did hit a few snags and any issues that we’ve had with our purchases Customer service has been fantastic and we would definitely order from them again. We have referred them to many of our friends and they have ordered them and are thrilled with the product.
