Andrew answered all my questions and guided me, step by step, to converting my TSP into Gold and Silver via Red State Gold Group. Then, a few months later, I had a large medical bill that I had to pay. Andrew got me the forms to fill out and got me the cash I needed within a few days. Great Service!

Positively outrageous expertise and customer service
My representatives (Joel and Luiz) were amazing to work it. They took their time and explained every step in the process. They were patient with me, ensuring I understood all my options and the pros and cons of each option. It’s likely that I wouldn’t have committed to this sizable investment had it not been for their professionalism, experience and awesome customer service. Five stars for this team.

I was absolutely blown away by the knowledge and expertise this group provides. Extremely easy to talk too and by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any transaction ever. Westin and Austin were the guys that made this transaction seamless and comfortable. Absolutely awesome dudes that I now consider friends. Their commitment to the customer is unmatched. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone interested in precious metals. There’s No sales pitches, one liners, or pressure; just straight up solid information and education to help the customer make the right choice. Awesome experience. You guys ROCK!!!

Value in Values
As my title suggests, I can’t deeply express the value I put on the values that the team I’ve worked with at Gold State Gold Group espoused during our conversations. All the while explaining my options, everyone made sure that I had a complete understanding of said options and what fits my family’s interests down the road. Again, thank you Parker, Donovan and Cain for walking me through my transaction!

As an investor new to precious metals I had a lot of questions and was somewhat apprehensive about converting some of my portfolio to precious metals. Austin was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process ie taking time to answer questions, sending additional information and assisting with transfer of funds from my IRA etc. He was very personable and friendly and I feel like I can reach out with any questions or concerns at anytime. Austin and Andrew made the finalization process go very smoothly. I am overall very satisfied and would recommend RSG to anyone considering getting into precious metals.
