First online casino I tried and honestly it scared me away. Too many popups, unclear terms, and I lost my deposit in 10 minutes.

Only email and slow chat. Not ideal when stuck.

Ordered 4/3/2023 still not received 12/9/2023!

4/3/23. Placed an order on their website.
5/3/23 Received email stating out of stock.
7/3/23 Received email stating will be back in stock Mid April, would I still want item.
1/4/23 Sent email confirming I still wanted item, I asked to confirm will it still be arriving mid April?
17/4/23 Received email stating item will now not be stock until 2nd May
17/4/23 Sent email confirming that I would wait as long as it would be 2nd May

1/9/23 ???? Received email that my order is on its way ????
8/9/23 Received email inviting me to write a review for “How did we do?”

12/9/23 To date, still not received item, when tracked states “no information found”

Why do you sell products that you do not have in stock or cannot fullfill?
What sort of management system do you have that does not highlight that an order has not been fulfilled after 6 months?
Where is my order/item/money ???

13/9 Actually everything is factually correct up to date. Payment was authorised via paypal on 4/3/23, in your email of 17/4 you decided to put that payment on hold. Appears we are not the only customers who have not received orders and been left with a lack of communication.

The furniture is amazing and the website is very good also. My only main gripe is that I received no confirmation from Red Ross when the order was placed and also no updates along the way, the order arrived circa three weeks after been placed so without any update I was wondering where it was and if anything had gone wrong. My email address is not an issue as I had an email after delivery to prompt a review. Overall though happy

Although Ross couldn’t supply the mirror I was looking for, the customer service was amazing. He was honest and sent a personal note to explain the situation exactly. I can’t remember the last time a company took such trouble to keep the customer informed of the order. Would certainly recommend the company. Thank you.

Whilst the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock, Ross contacts me personally to let me know and manage my expectations in terms of the date that stock is due in. Great customer service.

We have just finished designing and installing our ‘kitchen for life’. We didn’t want to just go for a generic or mass produced design & product. We wanted our daily used tea, coffee & sugar jars to be proudly left out on show because of their quality & rustic charm to compliment our modern/country kitchen design. They are a real feature of the kitchen in their own right. The quality & unique design far out weighs the extra cost of the product when compared to mass production of the big stores.

Beautiful made draws, came when it was supposed to, Ross made direct contact throughout which felt very personal. Have a piece of furniture that will last a lifetime. Would recommend and shop again :)
