Red Hat Factory beat their estimated time on the product. The cap was well made and met expectations. I received the cap in about 3 weeks from placing the order. Their estimate was about 5 weeks iirc.

I cannot recommend Red Hat Factory enough. I have bought a few different styles and colors and I was able to also get one of the exclusives. Not only are these hats functional but also a work of art. Thank you to your knitters for their hard work. I love the hats that you have made!

Two Hats - great shipping!
I've purchased two hats - both are beautiful and exactly as advertised - just outstanding...
But equally as good was the incredibly fast and efficient shipping - they came in a well made package from Norway, easy to follow the shipping on line and showed up quickly - so much better than any recent shipping experience on Amazon!
