Recently I book a ticket from RedBus app but suddenly I got a serious issue at my home so that's why I need to cancel my journey so I do so hard work to cancel my ticket but they said the policy is not accepting your cancellation so that RedBus and the bus travellers having a worst policy that people like me suffers lot without getting the refund about of cancellation ticket

Did not work for me, ticket I booked was not accepted by the bus company, so I had to get another ticket at the bus station for a later bus.
Confirmed booking non-existent; poor connectivity on both app and web
Paid for a 2-way Horizon ferry ride to Batam via Redbus, which Redbus confirmed. At the point of getting the boarding pass at the pier, Horizon Ferry said my booking for both ways were not in their system. I had to buy new tickets and they advised me to get a refund from Redbus. I did get my refund in 11 days, which is okay. The poor rating is for the continual stress: the mistake itself, then the disastrous service on the app and website. I never received the resolution email, but received many other emails asking me to look out for the separate resolution email. I couldn't even log in to my account: the OTP only came 1 out of 3-4 attempts, but when it did, the code didn't work! I have screenshots in case they are needed. I am glad the refund came through in the end, but I will never use Redbus again.

They took more than 1 month to refund my money to me.. I have been calling many times to check with them.. keep delaying the refund.. until today I have not received my money yet.. call their hotline, their customer service staffs are very very very rude.. raising their voice to you when you ask them about your refund status and reason why the refund take so long, and they didn't really answer your query, just keep telling you they are checking.. when you question them, they will interrupt you and do not let you finish your whole sentences.. their manager said want to call back but also not calling back at all.. bad service bad platform to book bus tickets..

Abholorte sind völlig unklar, Abfahrtszeiten verschieben sich einfach um eine Stunde ohne vorherige Ankündigung, Endhaltestelle wird plötzlich verlegt, die Koffer einfach vom Bus raus auf die Straße gestellt. Einheimische, die die Situation miterlebt haben, empfahlen das Nummernschild zu notieren und Anzeige zu erstatten. Ein echter Drecksladen, nie wieder. Als Entschuldigung wird einem unverblümt ins Gesicht gelogen.

Compré billetes para 2 viajes en Perú para 3 personas. Te cobran rapidísimo, sí, pero te envían los billetes en un pdf que no sé puede descargar. Intentas contactar y no hay manera (no funciona el teléfono, rebotan los mails, la app no funciona. Luego tienen la cara de preguntarte como ha ido el trayecto. Total, nos han ESTAFADO casi 200€. Si viajáis por Perú, Cruz del Sur es una buenísima opción.

On 10 August, four of my friends and I booked Qistna Express from Malacca back to Singapore, expecting to arrive at 8:04 PM (Bugis MRT). Instead, it became an 8-hour delay nightmare that left all passengers frustrated, exhausted, and angry.
1. Wrong Pick-Up Point
Our booking stated Mahkota Medical Centre, 4:10 PM. We arrived 30 minutes early, asked hospital staff where to wait, but they weren’t sure. We decided to stay outside the hospital, near the 7-Eleven and parking lot, assuming that was the pick-up point since our ticket said Mahkota Medical Centre.
Then, the Singapore bus operator called me asking where we were. I said “Mahkota” as per the booking, only to be told the pick-up was actually Estadia Hotel—a location never mentioned in our reservation. Unfamiliar with the area, we had to run and search for it.
The Singapore coordinator (+65 8341 4541), rudely told me to “be fast or the bus will leave.” By 8:00 PM, instead of approaching Singapore, Google Maps showed our bus heading toward Woodlands Checkpoint, then making a U-turn back to Tuas—wasting even more time.
2. Border Licensing Failure
At 1:04 AM, we were still stuck at the Malaysia checkpoint because our bus had no license to enter Singapore. After more than an hour of waiting, a small replacement bus finally arrived at 1:55 AM—meant to carry passengers from two full buses. We were packed in uncomfortably like sardines. I kept updating the coordinator, but she was cold and dismissive, even telling me not to stress the driver.
3. Lost in Singapore & Unsafe Instructions
When we finally entered Singapore, the driver got lost—circling Jurong East, Clementi, and random residential streets. Over speakerphone, the same coordinator told the driver to “drop passengers anywhere,” which caused panic. One passenger even threatened to bring the driver to the police.
4. Extreme Delay
We reached Bugis at 4:10 AM—almost eight hours late—and I only got home past 5:00 AM. Everyone on board was angry, tired, and shocked at how unprofessional this company was.
🚫 Bottom Line:
Qistna Express is dangerous, unprofessional, and completely unreliable—with wrong pick-up information, unlicensed buses, unsafe drop-off instructions, rude coordinators, and massive delays. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, avoid Qistna Express at all costs.
This is an intermediary company. It is far better to book with the bus company direct

Just today I booked a ticket for 13th July and to return on 14th July.... But unfortunately I booked wrong bus ... Total cost was 555.0rs.. After Noticing my mistake I immediately cancelled the ticket but they refused to give a full refund only 388 and 166 for gst it seems.... What kinda thing is that.. ?

Refused to Move Ticket
Refused to move bus ticket after our flight was delayed. Had to re-book a new ticket.

Tout s'est bien passé sur la réservation en ligne , bon avis apparement.
Ce qui était mal indiqué était le point de ramassage dans la ville de poi pet au Cambodge. Nous sommes arrivé a l'heure mais nous n'avons pas trouvé l'adresse exact , il n'y avait pas de lien qui nous ramenait sur Google Map. Aucun de moyen de trouver une asistance sans installer leur application et entre la frontière cambodgienne et Thaïlandaise il n'est pas facile d'avoir un appel. Je ne dis que leur faute l'est à 100% mais avec plus d'informations nous n'aurons peut être pas raté le bus. Apparement ils m'ont appelé 2 fois. Je n'ai eu aucune notification. Sachant qu'il faille prévoir environs plus d'une heure pour traverser la frontière.
L'assistance nous même pas proposé un petit dédommagement.
Catastrophique
Nous avons réservé un bus à 6h du matin pour un transfert de cat ba à Hanoï. Le lendemain de la confirmation, ils nous annoncent qu ils suppriment le bus. C était le seul bus que nous pouvions prendre pour arriver à l heure à l aeroport pour prendre notre avion....aucune excuse, débrouillez vous...nous sommes dégoutés...
