A " For the People" roofing company providing service excellence and quality work

After i made an inquiry for a quote to have some patch work done, i received a call back quicker thanbi expected. I was able to schedule to have someone come take a look at what i needed very quickly and they worked around my schedule. The guy who came out was very nice and gave me some options within my quote. They worked with my budget. From the first call to the finished job was a quick hassle free, stress free experience and will definately call them first if I have more issues in the future. I recommend them to all my friends.

Will add customer to marketing lists even when opted-out

Had the company out for a quote and they were a strong contender, but ultimately went with a different contractor. When I first reached out to the company and again after receiving their quote, I made it crystal clear that I do not consent to being added to any marketing lists. They just started sending spam emails to me so are earning a 1-star review for not respecting my consent on unsolicited marketing.

EDIT: Asking for someone to follow-up with you after saying that they specifically asked for no contact because they value their privacy and asking for further details is pretty poor. No spamming was clearly stated during an initial phone call on July 10, and at least again when responding via email on July 22 which clearly stated "Please ensure that your company is not spamming me in any way (automated emails, any text messages, etc) - any such activity would be grounds for rejection."

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and for the follow-up emails after you specifically asked not to receive marketing communications. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have with Redbird Roofing.

Because the review was left under “S S,” we’re unfortunately unable to identify the account or email address to make sure this is corrected on our end. We do have follow-up communications in place, but it sounds like we had a slip-up in this case, and we apologize.
