3 weeks from posting phone.
Offered 50 instead of 84 quoted.. even though phone was exactly as described.
Emailed twice and got no response so all in all ok but could have been better

Don't use this company, unless you want to be scammed out of your phone and amount they say they can give. Don't be drawn in by the 'higher than all the others' prices. Sent the phone to them and it's taken two months of constant emailing back and forth and threatening to call the police for theft before getting not the amount I was offered.

I sent the phone in near perfect condition. I always use a screen protector and phone case. I also wrapped in bubble wrap (a lot of bubble wrap) and in a bubble envelope. I had been quoted over £80.

When my phone was finally after 3 weeks 'assessed' they said it was in Condition C with deep scratches in the screen and lots of scratches around the casing and they were offering me £50 less than quoted. Uh, no, impossible.

I read a few other reviews similar to this one. Almost seems like they either damage the phones themselves to offer you a lower price, or they lie. When I asked for the phone back, they never sent it to me (probably because the phone was NOT in the condition they said). I had to threated to call the police for theft as they hadn't returned my phone after another couple of weeks until 'as a gesture of goodwill', they accepted my counter offer of £60. I then FINALLY got the money after nearly a week, and can now put this learning experience behind me.

My advice, if you are going to use this company, take the serial number of your phone, or some other unique identifier, take pictures of the condition before you send it, as well as how carefully you've packaged it so you have something to counter them with if they say it was too damaged, or you get a damaged phone back (you can then check the serial number or something to make sure it's the phone you sent them). You will also have to not be in a rush to get your money and be prepared to make lots of contact.

So glad it's over.

Recycle pro were great, I received the exact money they quoted me for my iPhone X. It was the highest quote I’d receive from any company online or on the high street.
It did take a week from it getting delivered to getting reviewed and the payment being sent but when I contacted them they replied the same day advising me there was a slight delay due to demand.
They kept me updated throughout.

Sent the phone after lots of prompts then had to chase contact for the next two weeks to be told to call back and then I’d receive an email in the next 48hours which never came then offered less than original
Price quoted said the phone had scratches in the screen but was a new screen

Reliable,fast and efficient. Excellent, no hesitation to use again.

Great communication throughout the service. From receiving the quote and free postage label to payment, the entire process took less than a week and I was emailed updates. Would definitely recommend.

Appalling company, my phone was sent to them in perfect condition. They then claimed it was badly scratched and offered a derisory amount for it. I have requested it’s return three times and have had no reply.Avoid this company at all costs their business practice is awful.

Disappointed experience with this company. A few learnings from my experience with them:
- They set unrealistic expectations that they don't meet.
- Looks like a very small company which results in numerous delays as they can't cope with the backlog so the customer suffers.
- You have to call/email them numerous times to get your device assessed as it will be in the backlog for days.
- Payment was processed the same day and quickly once the phone was accepted - the only positive when dealing with them.
I sent 2 phones, which took them 17 days to action from start to finish. For the first phone, they tried to revise the offer, however, when I requested it to be sent back, they honoured the original price. For the second one, it took numerous calls/emails for them to send it back.
I will not deal with them again and would prefer another recycling company that might offer me a slightly lower amount but a quicker turnaround time.

Pristine iPhone sent to RecyclePro. Photos taken at point of posting. Posted in original box, securely. Then told after a week’s “delay” that phone was worthless as it was “badly damaged”. I provided photos. I asked for proof the packaging was damaged so I could prove the damage was in transit. They refused to provide this, and denied that the phone was damaged in their workshop. Which it 100% must have been.
Phone now worthless. No response from them, no acceptance of liability. No offer of goodwill. Nothing.
Avoid at all costs.

Send 2 phones 4 weeks ago. They confirmed they received them and despite emailing them several times I am still waiting on a response and for the payment. Cannot get through on their phone either. Terrible service and would not use again. Have asked for them to return the phones but again, still no reply

I wish I had read the reviews first as I definitely wouldn’t have used these.
Like many of the reviews I got the same old reasons why I wasn’t contacted with an offer on my iPad. 10 days I had to wait and 7 days of ringing and asking what’s happening. I really did for a moment think I wasn’t going to see any money or the iPad again. I even Google the shop and was prepared to travel even a cost. So eventually I got the full amount offered. I’ve use many companies in the past and this as to be my worse to date.

Terrible, original offer was £88, sent it in and they offered me £20, then questioned it and they offered £30.
Refused the offer, the whole process was well over two weeks to send it and get my phone back.
Today I took my phone into the local CEX store and they gave me £93 for the phone.

I’ve sent my phone 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything

A little slow initially however when I made contact they certainly progressed my order and no argument about the initial offer price

Took ages. Tried to undercut me on the amount for my iPad and managed to get them to double it just by asking for an explanation

Awful service. AVOID, absolute con artists. Phone sent in perfect condition, in protective case and screen protector, bubble wrapped in bag, to be told the phone is damaged took pictures prior to sending which were ignored

Original offer of £101 reduced to £20 and then £40.

Disgusting service. DO NOT USE

Was quoted £85 for phone in used condition. Waited 10 days for phone to be reviewed then offered £15 as the screen was cracked. This was not posted cracked so was obviously dropped by company during ‘quality checks’. Very disappointed

Easy to sell. Good instructions. Prompt service.

Had to email to chase payment as they'd had my item for two weeks and done nothing with it. The reply I got explained it was still to be processed as there was a backlog of orders and yet I received the payment almost immediately. Wouldn't use again, wouldn't recommend.

Recently sent a phone to them, received an email after a few days checking if I needed help as they haven’t received my order which was good. Shipped my order well writhing their 14 day price lock and they paid the full price quoted which was good.
Only issues where the time delays and lack of follow up communication from them. Took over a week for them to confirm they have received my phone and then a further 4 working days to process it. Wouldn’t be an issue if they let you know but I had to chase them.
Overall I’d use them again but there are areas they could improve.
