Could not fault the service. He was at the auction house up north at the crack of dawn and then kept me updated until he got back to London. I even got the delivery address wrong, I was waiting down the road, and he still happily brought the car over to where I was for no extra fee. Very easy to book and pay and just made the whole thing very convenient.

Fast Responder and Excellent service in Woolwich

Absolutely brilliant service from Elton! I called needing a jump start and he responded straight away and arrived within minutes. The service was incredibly quick and very affordable, especially compared with other companies and breakdown services I had looked at.

Elton was friendly, kind and really helpful throughout. He didn’t just get the car started and leave — he took the time to explain what he thought the issue was and advised me on the next steps I should take to make sure the car was properly sorted and to avoid having to repeatedly call out breakdown services.

After not having the best experience with Green Flag, it was such a relief to have someone respond so quickly, get the job done efficiently and actually give me useful advice about what to do next.

I left feeling completely satisfied with the service. Fast, affordable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend Elton to anyone needing roadside assistance!
