If you’re planning to purchase from them just think twice because you gonna regret your action. I never read reviews before purchasing and I end up regretting and the bad part is they know they’re selling bad laptops to people to make money. This people are scammers in disguise tbh. Got 2 laptops and they’re all craps and they don’t do refunds back.

Lawal you bought a unit in January and said you had a unit with a problem, we paid to have the laptop collected and couldn't find a fault we replaced the unit for a better specification and returned without any costs to yourself. Today this morning at 8am saying "Good morning i want to sell the unit i bought from you. Can you buy it back?" i replied to explain that we don't buy back laptops however maybe try eBay. It seem that this wasn't the response you wanted and you have used the laptop and now no longer need the laptop so want to try to get your money back? If you had an issue with the laptop you can send it back under warranty as you do get a year and we would sort it out for you.

disgusting scam, sent me a laptop that had the hardware tampered with which made it unbearably slow, unable to use even google.
figured i would buy from here since they offered warranties but when i requested one they asked me for some items that i had never received when the laptop initially arrived.
do not buy from here for your own sake

Dell 5530 purchase
Bought a Dell 5530 Precision, Oliver was professional and informative (I asked a lot of questions before making the purchase) and most were replied to promptly. Only reason I've give 4 stars is there was a slight discrepancy in the spec that was advertised to what I may have got, but Oliver made sure the correct spec was sent. Thanks for your help and support, would recommend and would use again.

Efficient and speedy resolution of an issue
There was a problem with my purchase. They acknowledged it immediately, and arranged for the item to be collected by a courier and a full refund. They make a success out of a problem.
