Ordered from Austria. I wanted a Terpcicle/Quartz Cap and RVS was the only shop I could find in or close to Europe that had (some of) them in stock.

Payment and shipping went flawlessly. The package was stuck at Austrian customs for a week, but obviously that has nothing to do with RVS. I paid 55€ customs for a package worth 160ish€, but it also included a big torch, so maybe thats why it was so expensive. Again, nothing to do with RVS, its just an info.

The packaging was perfect, none of the glassworks were damaged in any way.

Matt is a bonafide legend, one of the realest shop owners in this space which is otherwise dominated by people who want to push you to spend, spend, spend… whereas Matt will find out what you are trying to achieve, ask questions and has even been known to tell me I don’t need X Y or Z. Shop here, forget anywhere else.
