I have mixed feelings about Recall Clothing. On the positive side, the product quality is solid, items arrive neatly packaged, and Luca provides helpful pre-sale advice on sizing.

However, the post-purchase experience has been extremely frustrating due to recurring administrative failures and dishonesty. This is the second time I have encountered a shipping "mistake" from this seller. The first time, my order was sent via Swiss Post instead of the UPS service I paid for. For this second order, it was sent without tracking entirely.

Now that the package has finally arrived, I checked the physical customs label. It confirms that it was shipped via regular "Priority Untracked" mail (UO...CH format), directly contradicting the "Priority Plus" receipt (which included a 5.50 CHF tracking surcharge) he previously showed me.

When I inquired about the missing tracking, Luca claimed he "forgot" to check the tracking option and incredibly described my experience as me being "quite unlucky"—framing his repeated errors as my bad luck. Most unacceptably, he used the fact that I bought products at a discount to justify the lack of service, implying I should just wait and not complain.

It is highly unprofessional to shift the burden onto the customer just because the items were on sale. Given that this is the second time he has failed to provide the paid shipping service, I strongly suspect this was entirely intentional—a deliberate attempt to pocket the tracking fee and use a cheaper, untracked method to offset his costs on discounted items. While the clothes are good, I can no longer support a business that operates with such a lack of integrity and accountability.

I searched on the web where i could buy my favoured sneakers - a japanese brand - in Switzerland. Luca at his Geneva based store "Recall Clothing" had them on stock. Shortly after ordering, they arrived carefully packaged at my home. Thank you very much, Luca!

Very pleasant experience, the owner is very nice to deal with, quick shipping and the jacket i ordered is definitely a stand out. Packaging could have been a little nicer for the price but that’s if we’re being bit nitpicky. But overall, I’ll definitely order again. Thank you.

From Canada, I order and chose shipping with duties/taxes paid by Recall. The order was shipped within one day and was delivered within 5 business days (all the way to western Canada). Everything went smoothly and I would certainty order again!

I had been looking for a specific coat from Japan that had sold out everywhere. Well, almost everywhere. Recall had the item in stock, and in my size. They also had a nice selection of denim, so I picked up a pair of those too. Delivery was via UPS and arrived well.

It is nice to see a store these days which is not just the mainstream full range from the usual brands, but a chosen subset which I think works well.

Luca is a very accommodating and reliable store owner. Very kind and honest, he made me a favour and sent the ordered items by UPS, which made the delivery much faster and easier. All items from the Web store are of high quality and reflect real value for the money invested. I will definitely shop at Recall again and I recommend the store to everyone who likes a freer style with classic brands and quality materials! Five stars!

Good communication on questions about sizing and details about product. I live in Scotland and the whole buying process was easy. Ordered product on the Thursday night and received parcel the following Wednesday noon. Delivery report from UPS and updates on tracking. Even got a 2hr window on delivery time.
