Highly recommend!
I have been enjoying my Keto rebuilt meals for the last 3 weeks. I have yet to have one I didn’t care for.
I work a busy schedule with 12 hour night shifts followed by a morning workout. I usually have very limited time to grab something healthy to eat before I have to get to bed for 6 hours of sleep before I have to wake up and do it all over again.
Rebuilt has made it possible for me to have a healthy, fresh and delicious meal, quick.

Best prepared meals I’ve tried BY FAR! I’ve tried many different meal plans and I’m extremely picky - I can easily say I haven’t had a meal that I didn’t like. I love the convenience of them being delivered right to my door and it helps me stay on track each week. There’s so many different options and the best part is there’s no commitment so you can try it without feeling locked in. Definitely worth trying!

Love the meals! Honestly, I haven’t tried anything I didn’t like so far. The only negative I really can say is that there isn’t a pickup location close to me *hint hint* we need one in Seminole Heights. So I do drive out of my way to pick up the meals to save on the delivery charge but the delicious donuts make up for it! I had a little difficulty navigating changes on the website but excellent customer service on the phone getting me straightened out. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing plant based meals
I was so thrilled to find a plant based meal plan. I was even more thrilled when I tasted the meals and found every single meal to be delicious and fresh. Everything is portioned perfectly and helps me feel full and satisfied. These meals are a super convenient option and is helping me keep myself on track.

They only thing stopping the other 2 stars is that I can't pick the meals. I like most all of what I get is good. But there's a few I didn't care for. Service is awesome, all of the pesto meals are good.

ReBuilt uses entirely too much salt and…
ReBuilt uses entirely too much salt and seasoning in their meals!! I buy these meals to be healthy, but the amount of salt that is used is ridiculous. There's no need for that. If the meals are fresh (which they appear to be), then only a small amount of seasoning should be necessary. Please stop using so much salt and seasoning in your meals! I'm giving ReBuilt Meals one more week to see if they have decreased the amount of salt / seasoning in their meals and if there's no improvement, I will discontinue using their services.
