Emailed them twice asking about my package because it was for Father’s Day they don’t respond and i don’t even have a tracking on my order or either they gave me the wrong tracking number

Raven's emails asking for updates were flagged as spam and quarantined by Google Mail. Did not see them until this 1 star posting was published. Immediately refunded customer, reached out to them and sent a free replacement order to make up for the loss of the package by the courier!

it said one item was free, but it wasn't. instead of charging160 dollars subtotal, we got charge 226 dollars

Love this store and their customer service. A few minor hiccups with the orders but they were always rectified quickly :) the stone did fall out of one of the rings but a lil jewellery glue and its perfect!

Cant say i have any complaints. Shopped here many times and my rings have always come true to size. Great selection of biker/punk/goth rings. As long as you know your correct finger size you shouldnt have any sizing issues. Details of rings and shipping speed is great!

Well I'll get you the chase, I had a situation and Gary took care of my situation. He went above and beyond what I would expect. These days when you deal with companies they don't work with you they don't leave you trust you whatever but he did he took my word for the situation at hand and together him and I we figured it out like two adult people so I'm very appreciative how it was all handled.
