Don't touch this company
We brought an island kitchen worktop 900x3000 it was delivered by one driver who asked my wife to help unload , this thing was so heavy it's ridiculous, luckily our Electrician was working so he lifted it with driver , had our kitchen fitted last week, came to unwrap and it was scored both sides , full length, after contacting to complain they stated you have 3 days to check it and washed their hands of it , customer service at its finest !! Horrible attitude

Whilst Rearo are the manufacturer of the product, you did not purchase this item from us; you bought it from a distributor. Whilst we did carry out the delivery, our delivery terms of a one-driver kerbside delivery are clearly stated on our website, and would have been relayed to the company you purchased through. As the items were not purchased directly through us, Rearo are not the company you have a purchase warranty with.
Therefore, you need to bring your grievance to the attention of the third-party distributor.
We have raised this issue with the distributor in question and asked them to get in touch.

Good Quality boards
I always buy my Bathroom Wallboards from Rearo. Yes they may be a bit pricey but they are good quality boards and usually have what I want in stock

Exceptional customer service!
Exceptional customer service from the sales team in Glasgow. Dealt with a few team members over a few days whilst I made my choices for worktop, flooring and wall panels and they were all extremely helpful!
Special mention for Darryl who is a credit to the company! For such a young man, he was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and polite...rare qualities these days! Will definitely purchase from Rearo in the future.

Disappointed with aspects of product and customer service
Bathroom ceiling panels ordered and delivered promptly. The panels themselves are excellent but the edging trim (coving) needed to fit it was nothing like that in the main product picture, of very poor quality and a terrible colour match - it looks lilac in comparison. A call to ask about it was met with total indifference.

Exellent service recommending to suit board, and then upgrading the caps to metal at no extra cost. The delivery arrived as promised and the board is now fitted.
