ordered for the first time received confirmation then nothing.Ive emailed gone on their chat page no response. My order just says awaiting shipment think this maybe a scam company

its now 21st june 2026 still no response no item

I ordered from this company on 29th November and received confirmation by email. The goods have not arrived and I have heard nothing from them since. All methods of contacting the company have failed. Emails to the address given on their website are returned (address unavailable).

Ordered my item, money taken, notified by email I would receive an update when it was dispatched, next thing I am being asked to review my product. Emailed to say I had not received item, got an automated email issuing a refund, no explanation, apology, no item, I ordered it for a reason I actually wanted the item, complete waste of time and shows how little customers are valued

I’ve ordered several times from this company and always been happy with the 3/5 day delivery
I ordered recently and paid next day delivery. The items have not even been despatched 4 days later . No explanation from the company . Nothing . I won’t be using them again

I ordered for the first time from this company. I desperately needed a new Parmesan cheese grater. I ordered and it arrived really quickly. The actual product was fantastic. Very sturdy and very classy looking. It looks really expensive but in reality, it was a great price. Really pleased. Will definitely use them again.
