I recently purchased a blanket from them and couldn't be happier with my experience. The blanket is really well made, beautifully crafted, and of excellent quality.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Clare, who was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It's rare to find such genuine care and professionalism these days.

I had been on the look out for another shop that sells Hay furniture after my usual go to place sadly went rogue and I’m so glad I found Really Well Made. All my life I’ve sat in chairs unsuitable for when I sit and knit for a bit. Very doubtful there was such a thing as a knitting chair I was totally amazed to find there is such a thing! I didn’t get to try one out before purchase. I knew if it was designed well it would be perfect. What a beautiful chair. I knit every evening for hours and this is such a comfortable piece of furniture.

I had the smaller version of this and thought I'd get the larger one in the RWM sale. Beautifully made, quirky and generously sized. The cats keep hogging it though...

I love this company, they are always so helpful and really put the work in to make sure you are happy. We ordered a modular sofa from them, which we were nervous about getting right, as it is made to order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was super clear and their communication was rapid too. I have since bought twice more from them due to this.
