Not much wrong most recent purchase. The one before that was an incorrectly described.
650 pounds for a bottle of Japanese Hakushu 18 year old centenary Whisky which turned out to be no centenary. that RGW are not comcerned to remedy. Offering a refund on return of the bottle is an insult as that would be legally required at the very minimum.
You can apologise all you like but they are just empty words.
I can assure you l know quite a few Whisky collectors and drinkers and l will be steering them away from RGW.
10% off next order? What happened to that.

Expect greatness
Alex created an amazing atmosphere where we felt welcomed and he was also very knowledgeable about the whiskey trade. Offering whiskey tastings and explaining the differences between the different whiskeys in the collection. He also provided contact details and is active with reguards to responses. Highly recommended shop for all whisky lovers
I really love this shop. They have a great choice of whiskies, from the very affordable to very expensive collectibles. They offer excellent service and their prices are very competitive, in some cases cheaper than the distillery itself.
If you live in London or nearby, I also really recommend their "Monthly pour" during which you get the opportunity to taste a selection of whiskies. A great way to make discoveries.
