Real Canvas Farm Omdömen 

The art was great, but the framing was so cheap it fell apart when I was unboxing it. Wrote an email to the company, no response. I will probably go to Michael's and spend an extra $60.00 to fix it. It is a shame that a company that has such talented artists can send out such cheap crappy workmanship on the frame

I ordered a picture of an English bulldog puppy. The photo I sent was clear and distinct. The canvas that was delivered after 2 months is horrible. The bulldog looks like a pug. I emailed the company and have received no response. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I think that I'll post the photo & the canvas on FB. Big Scam!

Only one star because it won't let me leave zero. This is trash. From the time I placed the order, the communication was awful and the pieces I received were junk. Already mentioned below were the tube with sticks in it with no instructions for assembly. The "painting" was terrible. I tried to contact them when the image was generated and only got an auto reply about being on vacation. Don't waste your time or money. This is ridiculous.

Very good website with a wide selection of art and good quality. The canvas paintings I purchased from their website are simply too beautiful to look away from.

Total scam company. Sent me a canvas with another dog on it. I have a greyhound and I got a chicken. When I contacted them they said….sorry, we make mistakes and it’s unavoidable. Really? And they don’t tell you that the canvas comes rolled up with a bunch of wooden sticks, no instructions on how to mount it. I reported this to my bank. I’m not the only one, it’s happened to lots of people. DON’T DO IT!

This is my first purchase from their website and I am very happy with the color and texture of the canvas. When I opened the package, I was blown away by the quality of their artwork.

Horrible quality! Looks nothing like the website or our dogs. Nothing mentioned that I would have to put this this frame together. Will dispute this charge 100%

The customer service is extremely friendly and professional towards customers and can quickly answer all my questions. This made my shopping experience very pleasant.

I received the canvas today.
It requires assembly and this was never mentioned.
The image of the dog is NOT the image I uploaded of our pet. It is an obvious stamped on image of an apricot poodle with a collar on it from some image available anywhere.
Our dog has never worn a collar in her life.
This is a completely fraudulent company.

I ordered a "Street Graffiti" print (this style is suddenly no longer on the website).The picture I received looks nothing like the picture I sent in. Looks like the "graphic artist" tried to fix the appearance of my cat. He has distinct crossed eyes and freckles on his nose, neither of these endearing qualities were on the finished product. It looks like a different cat. Trying to get a refund but we'll see.

Just received our portrait. Love it! It did take some time to get but their customer service kept confirming that the portrait was on the way!! I stayed in contact with them and sometimes I wasn’t all that kind. I apologize for that. They were pleasant and professional.

If only zero stars was possible. Non responsive, poor quality and the thing you get looks nothing like the promised image templates so in many ways the images are very misleading...

I ordered a print of the dog. The site was super basic, no ability to give instructions and claims that there were options to preview art before it gets shipped were non existent. I figured I would try. I submitted a really nice pic with my dog off to the side in a horizontal pic. All very intentional and deliberate. I have a mini poodle.
Weeks go by, no news. I send an email and they say that my product was just shipped… lie… I must have nudged them. Three weeks later the package shows up.
The good: quality of canvas is real and it did come with wood frame to build.
The ugly: the rendition is horrific. The dog is grotesque and whatever was cool about the original picture is lost. No respect for ratio, the head of dog takes most of the canvas and frankly it is painful to watch.
The bad: there is no return policy or any acknowledgment that they did not respect the picture that was sent.

This is not a legit company, I'm going through my credit card to get a refund, too. Ordered, didn't hear anything about my order, so I tried looking up my order and it said the page didn't exist. That's why I contacted them the first time. They told me it was in production. Strange, I received an email the next day with my proof and one of my prints didn't look like my dog, they gave her a beard and she doesn't have one. I emailed them immediately and said I'd like it changed, nothing. So I emailed anther email address and got the automated response that the owner is on vacay......emailed a couple of more times, no response. They finally sent out the wrong prints.

The prints are not stretched out on a canvas, you have to do it yourself with no instructions......and the canvas is not big enough to wrap around the edges.......rip off.

Honestly, if I didn't email and complain, they wouldn't have proceeded with the order in the first place and they sent something I'm not happy with and it was not put together as described. Angry. It took two months to get to me, too.

I’d give 0 if I could. I’ve had the same responses and results as all the other one star people. I think anyone with any other response is they themselves rating. Complete scam artists. I said immediately I was gonna dispute and they apologized-weather, holidays, etc. then sent a tracking number/delivery company email after all my complaints. The two do not match to either so weirdly, (haha) there’s no ability to track this scam. Please don’t wait till it’s too late. Do not order from these scammers
Update: after 4 emails and 7 emails-I did get my canvas. It is as the picture they had sent me. It is a very thin canvas, but it works for my intended purposes. I shouldn’t have had to nag, and it shouldn’t have taken so long, but I did get it. So, maybe my stars should go to two or maybe 3 but I’m not changing because if all the other reviews-I still feel buyer beware

Ordered and sent a picture. They sent an email back with the proposed picture. It wasn't the style I asked for and it sorta looked like my cat, but had key details wrong (ie; my cats nose is black and what they sent had a completely pink nose). I emailed back that I don't want it unless they make changes and I got an automated email reply saying that the owner was on vacation and will reply upon return.

That was a month ago and no response. So I followed up with an email and no response.

So now I'm disputing with the credit card company.

The canvas was delivered today. Not what I want and I won't be paying for it. Is the quality fine? Yes, for the price it's fine. But it's not my cat!

Offers a pleasurable experience when buying . I can easily locate what I like on the website because to it's user-friendly design and excellent collection ..

Looks legit and wish it were but SCAM. I spent close to $200 including an extra $30 to have "VIP service" which is the privilege of having them send me a mockup to approve first (now noticed they took that off their site). They sent me a mockup that was a generic photo of my dog's breed. Didn't look anything like the photo of my dog I sent. Emailed them immediately and received back "we will fix it" - that's all...and of course never heard from them again.

My friend is going to love this painting. I found it's the ideal gift! I was greatly inspired by their collection and the prices are very affordable.

Scam, They claim I ordered a digital copy of my choice. What good is that to me? I thought I ordered a 12x14 canvas, and that the digital copy was a mock up of the actual product. After numerous emails, and responses about heavy snow, large deliveries and shipping delays, I can hardly believe they have the audacity to claim it was a digital purchase only.
I have opened a dispute with PayPal, and hope others have as well. So frustrating.
