Great service - as always
Ibrahim has done the annual service on my boiler for many years. I have always found him to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and he explains what he's doing or what needs to be done. This year he also replaced 3 radiators that were over 35 years old and not working as efficiently as they used to. It was not a straightforward job but Ibrahim managed to sort it all out for me in his usual professional manner. Highly recommended!

Always on time and do an excellent job.
Real Boiler Servicing have looked after my boiler for a couple of years for both servicing and repairs. They are obviously experienced in this type of service. The work is always carried out with care and the heating/hot water system is always left in perfect working order. Couldn't ask for a better job.

Awkwardly positioned pipes
Ibrahim moved pipes from one side of the boiler to the opposite side which enabled our kitchen fitter to utilise the freed up space efficiently. Friendly and clear communication throughout and a very satisfactory result. He also carried out an annual service of the boiler.

Total waste of time. Cancelled same day of appointment
Firstly, after booking and being told all costs included up front, i receive an email saying "As you are location (north west london post code) is outside of our normal coverage area additional charge/s of £36 plus congestion charge (if applicable) per visit would apply. They then automatically take that if you dont reply to the mail.
As it was the day before i had no option but to accept. The morning of the scheduled appointment day, i received another email saying that they wont arrive as the engineer is sick and will also be off for the rest of the week! Also this company has only one engineer?!
Total waste of time, 2 stars as they managed to email me to at least tell me they were letting me down same day. Useless

We are a small Enfiled based company who operate within our local area exclusively, your location is over an hour from us one way, (providing the traffic is ok) unfortunately we can not provide our local rates to cover such a large area and must charge a modest fee for out of area calls.
We do not promote our business outside of our area but as we operate an automated online booking system sometimes booking can come through that we are unable to accommodate or adjustments are required, in these cases, we will always reach out to our customer and make them aware of the options available to them.
We do not take any payment upfront but customers are presented with the option to pay upfront if they choose at the time of booking online, as you opted for this we refunded your payment immediately once it was apparent we would not be able to deliver this service to you.
Sometimes as it was in this case it is better to cancel or defer an appointment than to turn up ill and possibly spread and contaminate our customer's home, an alternative engineer was not an option in this case due to your location.
Im sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your experience and hope the above is a satisfactory explanation as to why we made the decisions we did.

Engineer Ibrahim, was brilliant, from start to finish. My elderly friend was having a issue with her boiler, Ibrahim came to sort the problem, he tried a couple of options and fortunately the 2nd option was correct. Boiler is running properly know.
I would highly recommend this company.

Definitely Recommend
I was looking for someone to swap a boiler thermostat over to a Hive so I put it on Checkatrade. Real Boiler Servicing sent me a text which offered what I wanted and I was able to book it straight away online. This was very easy to do and confirmed straight away. Ibraham came as arranged a very nice helpful man he fitted my new thermostat and found an issue that hadn’t been corrected when the boiler was installed. He took his time even though my appt was after 5pm he didn’t leave until he was happy everything was up and running as it should. I’m so glad I decided to change this as I would not have known about the boiler issue I just thought it was me unable to get the thermostat to work. My plan was always to have a Hive fitted.
