Ready Toner Omdömen 

The ready toner cartridge didn’t fit the printer like it’s supposed to. So I spent my money on two that don’t work.

Toner is great just took awhile to recieve it!

After getting my first shipment, I was not satisfied with the color quality. Ready Toner contacted me promptly and sent a complete new shipment. Customer service was great.

Ordering and delivery went very well no problem with that! However after less than a week my printer was saying low toner. I removed the two cartridges and reinserted them and was still getting the same message! For the price I paid this is unacceptable! Will never purchase again from this company!!

I made an order and when the order came in, I was very disappointed the toner cartridgedid not work on my printer. After researching, I had ordered the wrong cartridge. I have dyslexia.
Sent an email to the company explaining what happened and I needed the correct one. They’re sending me the correct one at no cost to me. This was my mistake, but they helped me out of my problem at no cost to me.
Not only is their product good but their customer service beyond normal bounds to help the customer.

I am revising my previous review due to readytoner taking the initiative to contact me and making it right. My previous order had been lost twice so Kevin is personally shipping it to me at no charge. Now that is customer service and taking pride in making it right. Thank you.

Fast service - 5 day wait

I had an issue with the timeframe of not being as quick as I was told it would be and they gave me a discount for the missed timeframe with no hassles and not argument. They took full responsibility for the delay with no terrible excuses. I love that from a company. It helps with trust. I will be using them again.

I was easily able to determine which toner cartridge to order for my printer. I unfortunately didn't see the 15% off for new customer orders until after I checked out. I emailed them and was promptly awarded the discount. So great customer service. I haven't received the cartridge yet, but assume that will go well too.

Update: They made it right. HP is a nightmare because they work so hard to make the off brand toners invalid, but despite the huge headache- we FINALLY got it working. Grateful, despite this being a huge PITA.
Really hoping I can upgrade this review as I think this company is trying. First cartridges I got were not accepted by my copier despite my following all the procedures recommended. They finally sent me replacement cartridges (218A), but the magenta just exploded. :( I'm hoping they will replace quickly. I run a small tutoring business and really wish I had just sucked it up and paid the outrageous HP cost. :(

Good product, quick service

The toner was inexpensive and arrived quickly. It works just as it should.

I ordered a brother toner cartridge. When trying to install it simply does not fit. I contacted there customer service department and they insisted it’s the right product. I sent them a video. I wanted a refund and the just won’t honor there mistake. Terrible company. Next time I’ll order from Amazon

Cartridges came in perfect condition! We were a bit nervous that our printer (HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4301) would not be able to accept it even if it claims it was compatible. But it really turned out great! Easy and clear instructions on how to install, great quality, and at a reasonable price compared to other vendors. We will definitely buy from them again!

So initial order for a set of "HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Toner Replacements | With Ink Level Chip" was easy and delivered quickly. There was a color issue with the toner and they promptly addressed the issue and sent out replacement toner that resolved the color issue. Will continue to use these quality, well priced, toner cartridges!
