I have been having lots of issues with many parts of my body, and we are trying to narrow down my issues. The information that I received from you will help me with my doctors appointment on the 28th. I can compare to what they found and try to come up with a plan to ease my pain.

The analysis is fast and the report is very helpful... however I wold recommend a doctor review anyways but this could help and guide you before you sit with the doctor... Always ask the doc to review the images.. there were findings on my scan that were not pointed on the report. I find it a bit expensive as well. but a good resource to have

I purchased a personal plan to analyze the results of an MRI that had me worried, since I had to wait a bit for my doctor’s appointment.

The platform could only analyze half of the images, but what was worse is that it also told me I had a 14-cm mass that could be lymphoma. After speaking with my doctor, who is an expert in the field, that possibility has been completely ruled out.

I believe AI is going to be a huge help in the field of science and will enable MRI scans to be read quickly, efficiently, and without bias, and I’m willing to pay for that. But what I don’t think is right is marketing a product based on that when the technology isn’t there yet. Aside from the quality of the service you’re offering—which clearly isn’t good—it’s about how that plays out with something as important as people’s health.

If it isn’t accurate, or isn’t accurate for certain types of images, they should at least warn people about it.

Am writing this review that I haven’t seen the best customer service and care due diligence that Mr Peter put in to and I have got full free ct scan analysis of my friend knee, got the results right away, I want to say thank you and keep up the good work.

I would like to share a very concerning experience I had with Read Your Lab.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the result I received.

I uploaded my brain MRI scan for analysis. Based on the way the service presents itself, I understood that the model was supposed to be specialized in interpreting medical imaging, so I took the result seriously.

The analysis generated by Read Your Lab suggested an extremely serious condition. It claimed that I had extensive acute ischemic strokes, severe white matter abnormalities, and other findings that supposedly required immediate medical attention.

I was honestly terrified after reading it. The report sounded like a diagnosis of a life-threatening medical emergency, and it caused me a huge amount of stress and panic.

Thankfully, the next day and then again the day after, I received two independent reports from qualified radiologists. Neither of them confirmed the alarming findings suggested by Read Your Lab. They did not find extensive strokes or the severe abnormalities described by the platform.

According to the professional radiology reports, the scan was normal.
I understand that AI tools can make mistakes and should not replace a doctor. However, with medical imaging, false alarm results like this can cause serious psychological distress. This is especially concerning when a service presents itself as highly effective or specialized in analyzing this type of examination.
In my case, Read Your Lab generated a report that caused significant fear and stress, and it turned out to be inconsistent with two independent radiology reports. For that reason, I cannot recommend this tool for interpreting medical imaging. My experience was deeply disappointing and emotionally distressing

This is a scam company.
I load my MRI scan and said all is perfect when in rreality I had biopsy and I do have prostate cancer.
Do not waste your money.
