Average service
Due to the hourly based service, it felt like they slowed down half way through the removal to draw their own day out, they even spoke about doing a second trip and hoped they had another job after our removal which doesn’t cater to the client.
They also left furniture in random places even when certain pieces were in a set.
They also left 3 of their large black blankets that cover the furniture at the old house so a last check wasn’t completed before leaving the property.
Positives - nothing was damaged or missing

Hi Bianca, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the move did not meet your expectations, particularly around the pace of the job, furniture placement and the final check before leaving the property.
We appreciate you also noting that nothing was damaged or missing. Your comments have been passed on to the relevant Operations team for review so the concerns you raised can be looked into and addressed appropriately.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Bruno and Carlos! Smooth and kind service
Bruno and Carlos did an amazing quick move for me, they picked the right size truck to get my things out and into a storage unit and a second location after that, considering i really didn't know how much i was going to end up moving till the day before the uplift date. Organising it over the phone weeks prior with Bruno was easy and friendly. Im very thankful for their service as i would have broken my back doing it myself! Cheers boys!

The guys couldn't be any more helpful…
The guys couldn't be any more helpful or polite and nothing was too much trouble.
What would be helpful though is it could have been so much better if at least one was fluent in English.
One thing that was absolutely a nuisance was the damn stickers that was stuck onto every single item because it took them about over an hour to adhere them and even longer for us to remove them. Even now there are still some ripped pieces left on items because they are so hard to peel off.
