Collection and Delivery were fantastic
Collection and Delivery were fantastic! Five stars to the teams! The team in Brisbane of John and Carlos were Tetris masters, the team in Cairns of Henri and Luis did a fantastic job of unloading and safely getting all boxes and furniture into our home. Amazing how they can get big pieces up a spiral staircase that we will never take down without a professional service like Ready Movers.
Communication from the ground team was also excellent. Giving four stars due to the lack of communication from the operations team / our point of contact. Regular follow up was needed to obtain responses to questions relating to dates and changes to volume.
The cost of the move was excellent in comparison to the other quotes we received.
All in all I recommend Ready Movers, the key to a stress free move is having quality staff loading and unloading and the teams on the ground are polite, hardworking and focused on ensuring your move goes smoothly.

Hi Steven, thank you for your detailed review and recommendation! We’re so pleased to hear that John and Carlos in Brisbane, and Henri and Luis in Cairns, handled the collection and delivery professionally and with great care.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication from the Operations team and the need for more regular updates around dates and volume changes. We’ll pass this on internally for review and improvement.
Thank you for choosing Ready Movers and for recognising the hard work of our teams on the ground!
