Conditions of the books were great. Best thing is that they delivered it in 3 days.

For a second, i pause and think if i should order or not? but i am happy with my books. Will order again for sure.

Readersflix usually has exactly what i need, and the delivery is always quick.

I ordered a hook that said was available and had a delivery date. After the funds were withdrawn from my account I received an email that the book was going to be delayed due to inventory. I can't seem to get a response back from "customer support", which is just an email. Very frustrating. Don't waste you money or your time ordering from this place just to save a little bit of money. Still dealing with this unresolved issue.

All books i ordered were so good. As a student, it was so helpful for me that i got this in great price.

Good website for book lovers, especially ICC books.

I loved the most is customer support system in Readersflix, because i had the query and i saved my time by just sent a email and i got replied instantly.

I need my order in 3 days and it was delivered on time. Happy with the delivery and books quality.

Would not recommend. Ordered placed. Stated 5-7 days for delivery. 17 days later still processing. Sent messages emails, no response. No way to call, just message or email. Terrible customer service experience.

I received my order with free shipping in 5 days so happy with the service. All email notifications about my order and tracking updates were sent on time.

My first order with Readersflix was good. I received my order and confirmation emails on time. The books were available at a lower price, so I’d definitely recommend it to other students like me

I bought one ICC book from Readersflix and it arrived in few days. Book quality and customer support was good.

I had ordered a book from this website and I made the mistake of ordering the wrong year and I reached out to them and they said since I purchased the wrong year I need to paid again for the right year book, and that the only thing they could offer me was a 5% off on my next purchase. People stay away from this website.

Bought a book for $54 and said free shipping. UPS shows up with the book I already paid for and they want an additional $46! Messaged customer service no response.

I ordered a book and choosed fast shipping for 12 dollars from 3 March
And till now which 15 march I didn't receive my book nor they dont reply
Waste of time

Update : they have contacted me and tried their best to help me
Good but I wish they would reply sooner
Because I needed this book urgently

2nd update they didn't reply to me till now but when I wrote this review they replied. It seems like they care about their reputation more than their costumer service been 3 days and it's end of 19 of March and no reply.

Just waste of time I'm so frustrated it's the second time they don't respond

I ordered this book on Saturday and get it delivered by Tuesday Morning. Thanks yourbookstop team for your fastest delivery and something unique thing which I get to know that it has the lowest prices I have ever seen & the books are new in condition.

I attempted to make a purchase, but the discount code posted on Facebook didn't work.
I reached out to the company multiple times via email...no response.
Subsequently, I commented on one of its Facebook posts.
Eventually the company responded to my negative comment.
That didn't go well.
The representative(s) who replied to my comment and who subsequently direct messaged with me didn't appear to have either read or comprehended my concerns and complaints (even though I had included screenshots of my email to them, the advertised code, the code not working on their website, and the item in the shopping cart on their site).
They also didn't acknowledge or take ownership of any customer service failures.
Basically they were tone deaf.
That experience was mirrored in the subsequent emails I received.
Over all, a frustrating and off-putting experience.
How can you purchase a product from a company that can't provide even a minimal level of customer service - that lacks basic communication skills and can't read the room?
