IT blames me that I cannot use their system, over priced, cannot have access to the therapist when in crisis, they should be reported to the board.

I am trying to utilize EAP benefits. I called ReachLink and the therapist I chose was not available. Aaliyah wanted to give me access to other providers, at the time, I found it helpful. In hindsight, not so much!

After the pressure and never ending texts, I think she works on commission.
I told her I did not want to fill out invasive paperwork on my phone...down to what I eat?!
She told me it was standard procedure for providers offering mental health services. I have never had to tell therapists every tiny detail of my life previously.

She would not stop, so I finally kindly asked her to leave me alone. She replied with the annoying passive aggressive response "I am sorry you feel that way."

I booked a single therapy session (due to an overwhelming amount of stress in my life currently) through this company and decided not to book another for a couple of reasons. The sessions are booked back to back and mine started 10 minutes late because of the therapists previous one going over time.
Since then I have been bombarded with emails and texts. I receive a text every 3 days despite 3 requests via email to remove all my details they simply will not and continue to harass me at a point in time where I am already feeling high levels of stress this is only adding to it.
