I cracked my glass screen protector which I purchased at Re-Tech a couple months ago so it is under warranty. I stopped in to have it replaced which took less than 5 minutes. I was looking an Otter case for my Samsung Note 4, I was not able to find it in any store in town but they had it along with tons of other brands.
Customer service was very cordial and helpful, they even put my phone in the new case.
Price wise is very comparable to online prices with the advantage that I did not have to pay shipping and handling.
They won my business.

We had a LG tablet that was not charging. Many attempts were made to charge the tablet: (1) by working through Verizon, where we bought the tablet and with whom we had our cell phone account; (2) by sending original tablet, still under warranty, back to manufacturer and receiving 2nd tablet that apparently also did not accept charge; (3) by going back to Verizon to see if they could help with the charge, which was unsuccessful. By this time, the warranty was over and neither Verizon nor the manufacturer were able to help without spending a lot of money to "resolve" the issue. The tablet was about to be recycled.

We had talked to Paul Smith who said to bring it into the store and that they could probably help. To our amazement, Joseph got the tablet to charge! He was very patient in listening to our problem and then calmly used a new charger to see if that would work. It did and has continued to work.

Good job Joseph and Re-Tech- definitely will come back for our phone needs and recommend Re-Tech to others!

I refused to buy a case for my Samsung Note but I after I dropped it a few times it was completely destroyed. Or so I thought...ReTech repaired the phone. But I still can't get a date on Tinder.

I had this old IPOD for a really long time. It has sentimental value to me because my father bought it for me years ago. It eventually stopped working so I took it to several repair shops. Every store I took it to told me the IPOD was completely broken and couldn't be repaired. ReTech was able to fix in in a few hours. Now it works like it's first day out of the box.
