La bici all'arrivo doveva essere solo completata con montaggio sella, manubrio e ricarica cambio elettronico.

Great experience buying a Pinarello Dogma GR
I bought a Pinarello Dogma GR gravel bike from RDR Bikes and the whole experience was great from start to finish.
From my first enquiry, their communication was fast, friendly and very professional. They took the time to answer all my questions about the bike, the specification and the ordering process, which I really appreciated. Since I was buying a high-end gravel bike from another country, this gave me a lot of confidence.
What really stood out was their customer service. It’s not very common today to find a bike shop that is this responsive and helpful. Everything was handled exactly as promised and the whole process went smoothly.
I would definitely recommend RDR Bikes to anyone considering buying a premium bike. Thank you again for the excellent service.

Consegna veloce, la bici è molto bella, arrivata impacchettata a modo, l'unico problema il cambio, avendo pagato 49 euro in più per la registrazione non funziona bene, specialmente quando metto la corona grande dietro, salta giù alla penultima, sempre, pazienza, lo farò sistemare
