Good experience overall
Overall I have had a good experience with RDM Direct. Adam was helpful with the initial sale and made sure the car was in great condition on collection.
Unfortunately the car had a couple of issues that became apparent after the first month, but after checking the car over, Nick agreed to organise repairs and put things right. It wasnt always clear what was happening or when the car would be ready, so communication could have been better. Nevertheless, I have had the car back for a week now and it is working well.

A good car buying experience.
I recently purchased my car from RDM Ltd, and found the buying experience to be simple and hassle free.
I found my car on auto trader, and decided to travel to Burton-Upon-Trent to take a look.
When I got there they made me feel welcomed, let me take the time I needed to look around the car, organised for me to test drive the car, and the whole time there was no pushy sales pitch, which was spot on for me, letting me take the time I needed to make a decision.
The car was what I was lookimg for, at the price I thought it was fair and reasonable. They put a years MOT on the car, sorted the advisories, fixed a few minor issues I found during my viewing and I picked it up the following Saturday after first viewing it.
A week on I have completed around 500 miles, across various journeys, and the car is driving as I hoped it would and I remain happy so far.
I would recommend the team at RDM, and I would consider driving up there again next time I was buying a car. Thanks for all your help.

I am not a fan of being asked to do a review but this one is easy! What a delight to deal with the team at RDM Direct, especially Lucy and Nick. I was in a bind and needed to change my car sooner rather than later, and they did absolutely everything they could to make sure I was in my new car within 6 days, including having it serviced and MOT'd. Amazing service and I would highly recommend these guys. Don't be put off by the less than celebrious approach to their showroom, it's literally a diamond in the rough and well worth a visit.

In love with my new car! the guy down at Rdm really looked after me. New Mot with four new tyres and a fresh service. After a week i scuffed it and i phoned for advise. They recommended someone they use to which i got it repaired for a great price through the recommendation of Rdm

Just picked up my second car from RDM…
Just picked up my second car from RDM and honestly couldn’t be happier. I had a pretty bad experience with another dealership before coming here (which I now regret), but RDM completely turned things around and made the whole process stress-free and easy from the start.
Scott was brilliant throughout, really understanding, easy to deal with, and kept everything straightforward. Nick sorted me out with a great deal and made sure everything ran smoothly, which genuinely put my mind at ease.

What a lovely business to deal with. Scott was friendly, not at all pushy and very knowledgeable. Whilst it was a 3hr round trip for us, i believe it was worth it. If we decide to purchase another car i would most definitely return.

First Class!
From start to finish I found the service at RDM first class. Initially requested information on a car from Scott who answered every question I could think of. When I went to look at the car (nissan juke nismo rs) I was looked after by Adam as Scott wasn't in that day. Again adam was great. Very patient and understanding. No pressure or hard sell at all! The car was presented immaculately and the 30 minute test drive was a pleasure. I decided right then to buy the car. When I went to collect it had been valeted, serviced and mot'd. Again Scott looked after me that day. He's a great guy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely 100% consider buying from RDM again!

Great car and excellent service from RDM Direct!
I went to see an Audi TT (2016 model) at RDM Direct and the car looked spotless and sounded great. After I got home, I started researching the company and came across a few negative reviews, which made me a bit worried — I didn’t want to buy a car that might cause me problems later.
I reached out to Scott, the sales representative for the car, and he promptly replied to all my questions and addressed every concern I had. He reassured me that the car was in great condition and had just been serviced by an RAC-approved mechanic. I also confirmed with him that any potential issues would be handled with support from their team, and he confidently stood by that promise.
Trusting my instincts, I went ahead with the purchase — and I’m so glad I did. I took the Audi to my trusted mechanic for a full diagnostic check inside and out, and he told me I’d bought an excellent car! No issues whatsoever — clean throughout, drives effortlessly, and no hidden warnings on the system.
The first drive put the biggest smile on my face!
RDM Direct have been reassuring and professional, and it’s great knowing they’ve got my back if anything goes wrong. I even purchased a year’s warranty for extra peace of mind.
I’m extremely happy with both the car and the service I received from Scott. In the future, I’d definitely buy from RDM Direct again.

Serious lack of accountability from RDM Direct
I bought a car from RDM Direct, and within a short time it developed faults.
An independent inspection by Scotia Vehicle Inspection confirmed the issues existed before the point of sale, but since that report, RDM have completely stopped replying to me or my finance company.
My car has been stuck with them for nearly 3 months, and I’ve lost work because of it.
Very unprofessional and disappointing service — I would not recommend.
