RC Willey - Reno Omdömen 

Well regarded and knowledgeable. Everything went as promised. Delivery guys were “on it” even though WE had an issue with a Crane being at the site timely.’ All in all a pleasant experience for us!

Sales associate Anna was great but the cashier was not so great, I wanted to order something that was web only and item in store but cashier didn’t know how to order both for the 12 months no interest. When I asked her if I could order on line she told me not to add the sales associate name. Why would I not give Anna credit for helping me. Cashier was very unhelpful. I don’t think she new what she was doing kept telling me she didn’t know

I tried to order a $3000 washer and dryer from this company. Apparently they don't wish to accept my money. Spend your money elsewhere. This is the worst company I have dealt with in the last 10 years.

Originally purchased the Microwave from Lowes to be delivered May 24th. Looked online and you had the same exact Microwave for $180 less and I ordered it on April 27th picked it up April 30th. Pick up was easy, employees were efficient and friendly.

I would not recommend RC Willey for flooring. The install team was awesome. But the whole process took almost 2.5 months to finish a single bedroom floor.

Purchasing was ok. Our salesman was good but very slow. They really should have some chairs in their flooring department. The installers did a great job. But they broke our lamp. So 4 stars it is.

Trade in for a new tv on extended warranty. After we got details settled, no problems and very professional help...above and beyond.

Purchased furniture back on December 5th. 2024. It was delivered damaged. The delivery person told me that they would reach out to me within a week. This never happened. Made a call in January for resolution. And the person on the other end said that new furniture was being ordered. Here it is, April and they do not have new furniture ordered because they do not make it anymore. I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. Might be time to go somewhere else.

Ms. Ana was and has been a huge help each and every time I’ve dealt with her. She is a huge benefit to RC Willey.

I went in the store to make a purchase and there was no one there to help me so when I went to the cashier just to make the purchase, she refused to do it saying I needed the help of a sales associate.

Missed the TV I bought first time as the site started at size 40", I needed smaller so I called and found they actually have one smaller but you have to know what type it is and search by Type, Not size.

Pick up process was slow with paperwork and waiting While No Other Cars were there waiting? The guy and the desk and Dock were both 4-5 stars, didn't get their names, Madelin on phone was also 4-5 star.

i was supposed to have my couch delivered. on 3/1/25. but after not getting a scheduled delivery time on 2/28 i called. someone never entered my ID after taking it and making a copy. so after waiting 2 weeks to get my couch i discover it was never ordered and now i won't get it until 3/8.

Got new flooring, the guys were quick and professional in putting my flooring in. Greg the salesman was awesome.

I would have made this a 5 star rating but I called three different times. I thought it was taken care of on the second call and the person told me RC Willey had the information that qualified me for a gift card (no service calls for 5 years with extra warranty). After not hearing anything for a couple weeks I called a third time. The rep said it showed me as qualified but it didn't look like it had been sent to me. And it had not been sent. I had done a thorough search of my email and there was nothing from RC Willey. The third person I talked with took care of it and the gift card was in my email the next day.

My husband & I went in on a Saturday morning to shop a microwave & take advantage of the President's Day Sale. It was really busy. We were replacing the one we had with the same M/W, hopefully. We were greeted by SA Tom Reece. He told us where we would find everything said he'd be there to answer any questions.
We didn't see it on the floor, so asked Tom if he would see if it was avail online...it was! Yippee! It was in stock at Sac store. It was written up, and ordered saved us money on top of the great buy, with Price Match. Told me it would be here Tues at latest.
I picked it up on Monday afternoon. It was fairly busy, but only waited 7 or 8 min. Best experience here to date.

The shopping experience was good but it went down hill afterward. We bought 2 of the same chair but only one showed up and now have to wait an extra week for the second chair we had been told was in stock at time of purchase. Very inconvenient. The chair is not as comfortable as we initially thought either. After a little while my back started hurting due to no support. Rather disappointing considering the price.

My experience was amazing! Lisa Brandt is great to work with! She was thorough and made everything easy. Much appreciated!
