I have always shopped at RC Willey. Yesterday, I decided to buy an inexpensive washing machine. I have been a customer for 20 years—or perhaps even longer—but when I presented my Driver Privilege card, I noticed that the cashier did not look favorably upon it. I asked, "What's the problem?" and she replied, "I need to make a phone call to see if this card is valid." I felt so upset because, throughout all these years, I had made purchases without ever facing any objection. We—those of us currently in the process of regularizing our immigration status—still pay every single penny in taxes, yet we are made to feel as though we don't even have the right to shop or obtain credit like any ordinary citizen. Furthermore, I will never be able to fully update my credit profile, despite having a credit score of 800. I appreciate RC Willey for the trust they have placed in me over these past 20-plus years, but I will never shop there again. It seems clear that there is a double standard at play: they don't want *us*, yet they certainly want our money. This won't cause the company to fail, but enough is enough!

Worst experience ever. No compassion and no consistency in communication with all your horrendous employees. I work out a payment structure, use my available credit to buy items and I show up to get my stuff and the inept will call Customer Service rep gives me some story RC Willey won’t release the products I bought on my credit. I bought them online and got no email or notification I couldn’t buy and pick up the products. This experience is going to go viral on the internet for shittiest ever and can’t wait for this to go viral on the internet. I will make sure plenty of people cancel their accounts with RC Silly Shitshow, more importantly cause the store unrepairable damage control. Time to release the Krakken. 🖕

We have used RC Willey for over 53 years. We are pleased with quality, competitive pricing, delivery and the over services we have experienced.

Shopping for our new couch was fun! The sales people answered all of our questions and helped us find what was best for us.
The delivery guys were respectful, friendly and professional.

Ordering was very easy. They were quick efficient and friendly when bringing out my order.

The longterm warranty clerk was very helpful and super fun to talk to.

We went in looking for what we wanted and kept looking until we, my wife and I, and the salesperson found the fit to replace our current entertainment dual seat for our den.

We had a disappointing experience with a 50 yard carpet purchase. We chose an in stock Karistan carpet in Blanched Almond . The sample had a felt sticker in the corner indicating it was in stock. I was told by the sales person, Savannah that they had openings for laying the 1st week of February which was the following week. She told me it would take a day or two to set aside the yardage needed and would call with an install date. We were carpeting two rooms and had just painted the bedroom. I hurried Saturday and Monday to paint the living room, remove the old carpet, pad and staples in order to be ready for install that week.
I didn't receive a call so I called on Tuesday and was told by another salesman that they didn't have the carpet we wanted and it wouldn't available until the middle to end of March. He asked if we would like him to find us a similar carpet and we said no.
I asked to talk to the manager of the flooring department and told him the situation and asked what he intended to do. He said he would look into it and let me know. He called a short time later and said they had "found" the carpet. I asked where they found it and he said they took it from an order than hadn't paid yet. I had paid our deposit the previous Friday. He said they would install Thursday or Friday and we chose Friday.
All furniture was removed with the exception of the living room couch. It was the last piece of furniture to be moved and we had made space for it in our entryway. I had two grandsons there ready to move it after they brought the new carpet in because it would have been hard to get it into the rooms with the couch in the entryway.
When the workers arrived, they offered to move the couch. They put it on the front porch instead of just outside the living room in the entryway.
The carpet and pad from the living room weighed 200 pounds according to the weight and what I paid at the dump. The bedroom was slightly smaller but almost as heavy.
RC Willey offers a discount of 82.50 if the old carpet is removed. I called several times to ask about the discount and was assured it would be in my account by the end of the day. It never showed up. I made another call as was told they were charging 85 dollars to move the couch (that they didn't have to move) and if I paid that amount, they would credit me the 82.50.
Seriously, would never do the hard work for them again. Do they really think that moving one couch is equal to removing and hauling away 300 pounds of old carpet and padding?
We still wonder if we got the carpet we wanted. We will never know. In stock doesn't mean in stock. Let them do the heavy lifting.

We received a text Thursday saying 7:45-9:45 delivery Friday.

Friday we received a text saying 2:45-4:45 our order would deliver.

Our order showed up at 7:30pm Friday.

I was unable to do anything Friday because I had to wait.

I am upset with the service that I received in the delivery of my order.

The people who work at RC Willey are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We love their option to do 12 months same as cash. RC Willey also has quality products and a great variety.

I always have received wonderful customer service. I love my purchases.

The installers were quick, efficient and cleaned the floor very well between the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new carpet. Both my wife and I love walking on our new carpet. Take your shoes off, though!
