During pick up at the warehouse
During pick up at the warehouse, a worker opened the customer pick up office door but instead asking If I needed assistance or a good morning , he said " this is not a store location" . I asked him how do I pick up my item and he said call the number pointing to the page on the door that is marked as Customer Pick up and no more interaction whatsoever. Also, I was asked over to phone to park in bay 1 but the bays were not marked. This is not a positive experience.
Attendant loading the item was very nice and attentive though.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our records show that you placed an order for a drop ship item on 08/23/25. When you checked out, you received a pop up message that stated that the item will be shipping to you directly from the manufacturer and to allow five business days for the shipment to be processed and up to two weeks for the final delivery to occur. Please call our online help desk at 888-584-5156, option 1 if you need any assistance with your online drop ship order.

I wish it was sooner than 2 weeks for my dryer delivery (it is in stock), but I found what I was looking for pretty easily.
Update- I did not realize this was not in stock, I could have sworn it said it was in stock. I bet it said in stock because it was in a different warehouse (other than Las Vegas).

Greeted upon entering the lobby and thanked when leaving. Receptionist explained everything and pointed me in the right direction. The gentleman that loaded my truck was courteous and made sure I was good before he thanked me and sent me on my way. My second time picking up and much more preferred because of the ease. As long as you know what your getting and you can transport, its a no brainer. in and out in 10 minutes tops. Also, basic customer service that most people feel is below them.
