Engineer was very friendly, and did a great job.
He went above the usual boiler service to check our radiators, and helped get a radiator working which seized up.

Alfie & Josh arrived on time to start the boiler replacement.
The job was carried out neatly and all ‘mess’ was cleared up and taken away.
Very efficient, polite and lovely engineers. A credit to the Poolmans!

The engineer and his trainee attended my property to conduct my annual boiler service, within my booked time slot. They were respectful of my property, wearing shoe covers. The job was done in a timely manner. Friendly and chatty, and answered a few concerns that I had.

My appointment was brought forward but I was informed in ample time. The engineer turned up on time and the job completed quickly and efficiently.

R B Poolman have been looking after my boiler for years, the service has always been great, they always arrive when they say, which is a rarity these days with trades. Highly recommended!

Arrived within the booked time period. All work carried out professionally and items put back in the airing cupboard (where the boiler is located). I find their monthly payment leading to no single payment for the service to be convenient.

I have been very pleased with the service from RB Poolman. I had a problem a couple of years ago with my gas boiler which they sorted out promptly for a fair price. I had my gas boiler serviced a couple of days ago and the engineer was prompt and very polite. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. A good honest company I recommend to anyone for a boiler repair or service

Arrangements with the office were easy and friendly. The engineer called us and came early which was very convenient. They investigated the source of the oil leak very thoroughly, fixed it and everything is fine now.

He was a pleasant engineer who got on with the job.
