I had enough of this council i had mice in my property for over 19months. Repairs team come said they blocked holes didnt removed the unit so not sure how holes were blocked. Today i have mices trap in my kids bedroom and living i have waited since 8am today and its now 15:20 nobody has turn up. I was refuse a carpenter to block the bottom of the doors where the mice has chewed on. I have young child i was told it was not urgent. My daughter is studying a-level and cant sleep with mice running up and down the bedroom. Rbkc refuse to send out a carpenter. If i could give no stars i would. Please beware rbkc is know for negligence. Poor repairs team, unprofessional and dont follower the policy. Next step is the newspapers i have been to my mp, cllr only want to know when it gets closed to election. I will be keeping my vote from now on. Worse council ever.

This council are racist and act unlawfully. after being left on the street as a victim , they have discriminated and acted in a manner that Is and amounts to racism. This council do not assist victims of Modern slavery or other, unless you are a Migrant, Black ethnic group or Immigrant. They fabricated my Homeless application saying I had been a victim of domestic abuse , which in fact, makes their decision even more illegal. The social worker, never assisted me and other help given to other people applying in the same situation has not been given to me.

Some immoral, evil people working at the Royal Borough. If you have disabilities they step on them and victimise you for it. Ifrah SALEH & her manager Hugh WILLIAMS of housing solutions. Sandra BRYAN & Patsy WHITE are all boas cutting the rope to your death row, the devil’s reincarnation. Housing allocation team managers and Temporary team managers Rachel DALTON & Beverly PETERKIN are crushing the system by employing such incompetent workers which endure mala administration and illegal actions. They keep evicting people in temporary accomodation like a game. Please do not be a victim, report this council, make them pay for immoral actions. Kojo SARPUNG housing needs manager is totally unapproachable as he never meet or talk to his customers. Get a judicial review. Do not condone these disgusting people that, after Grenfell crime tragedy, still keep hurting people and all they want is your death and unhappiness.

Sort an adaption of my bathroom into a wet room given my episodes of fainting linked to having a bath and the RBKC demanded I accept a shower area designed for a person with mobility problem i.e. railings to help stand, chair to sit on, screens etc which are objects of obstruction so when I faint I will fall on or into and cause me injury to myself if not kill myself. Also the designs placed the shower next to the isolator switch for an electric extractor breaching Building Regulations approved document P creating electrical and fire safety issues thus not taking health and safety seriously creating risks for which it must be accountable for

I paid for parking at Nottinghill ( in RBKC)and yet I received a parking ticket.In spite of repeated phoning and emailing both Cllr Elizabeth Campbell and the respective department proving that payment had been made, I still have had no reply .
Rude lack of service when you eventually manage to speak with someone in the Council but they just pass you from one contact to the other.
Their parking section said that they had received loads of complaints and it was the fault of their parking subcontractor 'Paybyphone' who do not answer the phone or respond to emails

Not Fit For Purpose, when you complain they investigate themselves, and you get the same answer. Took £500 from our Rent Account Balance, because we didn't give enough notice. THEY MOVED US-AS PART OF A DOWNSIZING SCHEME FOR OVER 55'S. Then decided we couldn't have the PROMISED DOWNSIZING SCHEME GRANT
totally dishonest and disingenuous glad we have moved out of the Borough!

They put very rude woman to answer the phone on the social services

There is a horrible service in this Borough, who call themselves Royal Borough. Everyone is lying, hiding behind their phones and from their responsibilities, taking advantage of their positions, not calling you when they promise they will, having people in customer service who have no clue what they saying and making mistakes, complete ignorance about any issue, letting you live in unhealthy condition, etc.

There are so many departments with people who get paid for doing nothing. The environmental health service doesn't care even if you live in disgust, and on the top they will have million of excuses to avoid any repairs. Also they discriminating people.

They don't provide any service except calculating the benefits.

RBKC contractors continually flout RBKC noise guidelines, deliver and start work before the 8am watershed, and sit in their wagons, engines running - flouting the councils own anti-idling laws.

By continuing to contract contractors who flout the councils own guidelines the council is guilty of psychological aggression in pursuing a noise strategy that is directly detrimental to RBKC residents health interests and right to quiet.

receiving terrible letters asking for money i dont own them. every time i call, they are so rude and never have answers. i am not satisfied. its disgraceful in a nation as uk councils doesnt obey the law because they are self-regulated! how can we tax payers accept such a thing?
