I've placed an order in January for 2 jackets paid then 1299,I still didn't receive them neither got a refund.
Yesterday I got a tracking regarding the delivery,but they cancelled the pickup of the product.
Gave them an ultamitum of 7 days from now,or else gonna file a cybercrime complaint.
If anyone wants to join me you can, dm me here so that we can do this together.

Scam site.Completely different Product got delivered after a waiting of 6 months. Also received only 1 in place of 2.

I had ordered black panther jacket on 25th Dec.
Return window already closed by them on 19th Jan the date they had not even shipped my product.
Then I receive the shipping confirmation email on 6th March through DEHLIVERY Partner. They deliver this product to me on 19th March. Then i finally receive the wrong product. Now you guys decide yourself what to call this shit ???

Worst experience in online shopping with this site I didn’t get my order items and there is no segment to track ur order and there is no customer support.once u paid ur money is gone . It’s been 2.5 month and I didn’t get my order

And I paid it by upi because they don't provide cod and I trust them but I don't get by order from last 4.5 month and I complain it to their email but they don't reply

I ordered 2 jackets on 29th November 2025 from Rayonbay and paid ₹999.i received a mail after 15 days stating the jackets are ready and would be shipped within 4-5 days.It’s been a long time and I have received neither the product nor a refund and there is no update nor any reply for my mail till now.im shocked that the sale is still on in their website and people are falling for This is a scam
This website looks genuine at first, but after taking payment, they completely disappear. Emails/messages are ignored and there is no accountability.
Based on my experience, Rayonbay is a scam website. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money here. I strongly advise others to stay away.

This (RAYONBAY) is a completely fraud website. I’ve ordered a product on December 11th. When I track the order it’s shows preparing. I am wondering what they are preparing for two months. Still I haven’t receive the product. No emails from them and they have given the wrong phone number. This is the first time I have been scammed. 😔 Please don’t buy anything from this website.

This is an absolute scam. What I received is nowhere close to what I ordered. It honestly looks like they randomly grabbed leftover stock and stuffed it into a box without even checking the order.

Completely different designs that were never shown on the website, random sizes ranging from L/XL to 2XL/3XL, and instead of the shorts I ordered, they sent only shirts. Some of the shirts arrived dirty, and the fabric is cheap, low-quality polyester — don’t let them fool you by marketing it as rayon.

This was a complete waste of money and a huge mistake on my part. Zero quality control, zero accountability, and outright misleading customers. I will never order from this scam website again, and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away.

Placed an order for 2 bomber jackets in the month of november 2025. Payed 1300 and still havent received it. Its a scam site. Please dont purchase anything from them. They dont respond to the phone calls or emails.

I placed an order for three jackets on November 18, 2025, but as of January 18, 2026, only one has arrived. When I attempted to track the remaining two items, I discovered that your website is now blocked and inaccessible. I need to know immediately if the rest of my order is still being delivered or if I will receive a refund for the missing items. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action against your company.

It's a fake company, i ordered a month but still not delivered. I am going to consumer court to raise the issue

Trash quality I ordered the shirt button was stiched wrong place low quality printed fabric shirt wasn't finished properly sewing was remaining at some areas in shirt it was like shirt was sent in hurry even after Waiting for 2 months the product I got was terrible it was better for me to order it on Amazon or Flipkart and get it in a day rather than waiting for 2 months and get shit quality

I repeatedly tried contacting their customer support. The phone number is unreachable, and the email address (a Gmail ID) received no response at all. Even after waiting for weeks, I have not received the product or any refund.

The website appears trustworthy initially, but once payment is made, there is zero communication and no customer support. This lack of transparency and accountability is extremely concerning.

I ordered on 1st December. It was showing 7 days to get delivered. After that I sent them 8-9 mails. I got one reply that I ll get in 15 days. But no revert yet. Their contact number is out of reach. Now they have stopped responding to my mails. Also the order is still in preparing status.its 29th december today .thinking to file a consumer case on that company!!if anyone got any revert please comment
